Huge disappointment. Multiple times the wait has been in excess of 30+ minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I have witnessed employees arguing. The pickup ovens have not worked on a few occasions. Most recently, the comp website would not let me complete an order online for a deal. Called and explained. They took my order and said come in. Arrived only to have them try and charge the full price. I showed two employees including the “manager” that the website had an error and would not let the order be completed. He said he couldn’t do anything about it and told me to call corporate. What is the point of a manager who can’t rectify a $3 error? Useless staff, useless management, poorly operated location. Only go if your in desperate need of a cheap pizza and don’t mind poor service!

To be clear, I am an avid a little Caesars pizza fan I believe it is a high-quality pizza for a fair price. But this particular location is completely and totally trash. The people here for the most part are either alcoholics or drug addicts based on the way that they act and talk to customers on the phone, it’s shocking how often things are incorrect and there are a couple of them that are just outright rude and I’ve been going here for a couple of years and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. The food is good but if you place a $50 order, there’s a good chance that somethings messed up. That’s not a huge deal though but the way that they treat people is just wrong. I can forgive putting mushrooms on a pizza that I asked for no mushrooms on even if it happens almost every time, but I cannot stand for disrespectful and rude customer service. and on more than one occasion, I have heard managers or employees yelling at each other while waiting for my food to get done which by the way, I always order in advance and I would say 50% the time it’s not ready when they say it’s going to be ready. Once again that is forgivable stuff happens but the way that these people act in here are ridiculous. It’s more like an insane asylum than a business.

Food is usually okay, but the manager Jennifer (not sure of the name.) is volatile and definitely seems to take their anger issues out on the staff. During an altercation where she could be heard from the front of the store. I’m amazed she talks to humans, nonetheless employees like that. She then, when challenged by another customer, yelled across the store asking if anyone had a problem with the way she talked to them. I’m that position, I wouldn’t say anything either with an unstable menace who cannot control their emotions. Food quality is hit or miss. But I hate the environment.

Pizza was a pick-up order. Very busy. I assumed they were cranking out pizzas, and I waited about 5 minutes. When I got home, the pizza was a minimum of 4 hours old. No biggie, it happens. Called them, and they basically told me oh well. Never again.

Love there pizza, they are usually on time when I order but recently we waited 45 min for 2 pizzas, there were door dashers in and out waiting for orders. Only like 3 employees working. I think this is more of a glitch between door dash and little ceasers. It doesn’t reflect wait time on the app so everyone was expecting pizza but didn’t realize there was a wait. Anyways good pizza fast most of the time

Very disappointed!! They served us 3 under cooked, over sauced pizzas and some doughy under cooked crazy bread. When I called to see if I could at least exchange my sons cheese pizza, they told me that it was Door Dashes problem. Really?! I didn’t realize that it was the Door Dash drivers responsibility to go in and prepare the meal before delivery. Lol. Get it together Little Caesars! The employees were very Rude and unprofessional, yelling in the background that it’s not there fault and that I need to call Door Dash. We’ll be taking out business elsewhere, from now on.

Ordered a Hawaiian deep dish pizza…the first one they attempted to give was miss-shaped and flat. We opted to not purchase the pizza and asked for a refund. The manager then stepped in and agreed the pizza was not one that should be sold and offered to “personally” re-make our pizza. When he brought it to the car, the pizza was flat again. The second time, we decided just to take the pizza because we had been there for 60 mins already.

I called and was asked if I can hold. As I’m holding I can hear in the background the cashier putting in orders and then BSing with everyone else. I wanted to see how long it would take for him to pick up. I place my order through the app while I’m still on hold. I went and head hung up 20 mins later. I know I would of still be on the phone when I went in to pick up my pizza. The crazy bread I got was undercooked and doughy in the middle and the 2 order of wings they pulled out the hot box were cold.

Absolutely horrible!! Had hair baked into the crust of my pizza and one of ladies working was handling raw chicken with no gloves on. Management is horrible and rude as can be. She was litterly yelling at a customer bc he ordered a pizza with no olives and it had LOTS of olives. He already waited 30mins and it was going to be another 30mins for his correct order to be made. Just horrible horrible experience do not recommend!

AC was broken in this location, making it very hot. Food was okay, but they had to remake it twice because it wasn’t right and that seemed to be a big problem for them. Mean glares and rude comments after asking them to make the pizza I paid for.
