We ordered ahead and then waited in line for a REALLY long time to get special ordered pizza that was dry and burnt. We have been little Caesars fans for many years but recently moved to Killeen. This is our 3rd time trying this location and it has been awful EVERY TIME! After feeding this pizza to my 5 little kids (under 10) and choking it down myself “to be a good example”, I saw a post on our neighborhood page showing nearly identical pictures and with cockroaches baked into the pizza from the same night. Gasp… I fed that to my innocent children! The neighbor talked about how they brought the pizza back in and the manager said it happens all the time and they can’t do anything about it because the facility is so old. AFTER BEING CONFRONTED ABOUT ROACHES… IN THE FOOD…THEY CONTINUED SELLING IT!!!

If I could give a negative review I would. The pizza dough was flat like thin crust but they stated that’s just how it is now. When they remade it the picture is what they tried to give me. Either the dough was bad so it didn’t rise or prices went up & quality went down!

Whoever was working the drive thru on 8/8/23 at 5:00pm needs some extensive training in customer service. I sat at the drive thru window for a long time while the worker was standing at the register. After a long while they opened the window, no greeting or eye contact, put their head out the window to see how long the line was, pulled their head back in, then after another minute they shut the window. No greeting, no apology for the wait, no I’ll be with you shortly, nothing. So I zipped my wallet back up and drove away. I was the only car in the drive thru, there is no reason to be treated like I didn’t exist and blatantly ignore me. Will never return.

Pizza missing a chunk of cheese on two slices and wings soaked in what I can only assume is butter? Waited well past the scheduled pick up and sat in the lobby while I waited. Guessing someone called out but the workers were cussing and talking bad about the other employee who called out. Will drive further next time to go to a different one.

Went in on Tuesday 7/18/23 at approx 1:20pm and was told they had NO lunch combo ready and NO pizza, only wings. I’m not sure about you but I dont have 15-20 min to wait on my lunch hour. Super disappointing. Oh, forget about calling, they wont answer. Called 4 times in a row.

I am very selective with my local Little Caesars Pizza joints. This one is by far the best Little Caesars you’ll find in the Killeen area. I have no complaints of the staff. Pizza is always looking delicious and they have CRUSHED RED PEPPER! huge plus.
