Absolutely terrible. Online ordered it before 4pm for 4:30 pickup, it wasn’t ready until almost 4:50, no salt on the pretzel crust, isn’t fully cooked either and whoever cut it did the worse job ever.

I love Little Caesars ! But today’s experience with whoever is working in the store was the Worst!!! I could not order this online because it would not accept my debit card at first. So I called the store and the , was just in a bad mood the moment he answered the phone, told me NO! to anything I asked him, did not try to help me figure things out, that was it. So I decided to download the DoorDash app and order through them which I did, a pretty big order. When the arrived to pick up my order, he said; he didn’t not have the same order on his end and only made the “supposedly” deep dish, with all its specifications that I like. said; The was extremely and that I can go back on the DoorDash app and cancel this order and get a refund which I did. I did however make sure to leave the tip with the for their honesty.

Usually won’t go to this location because I’ve had such terrible pizza from here, but decided tonight after not going for a while I’d try it again. NOPE! Drive a few extra miles to the one on Stan Schluter. They make the BEST pizzas. Harker heights little Caesars is TRASH, it’s never good and it takes them almost an hour every time. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Ordered online and pizza was ready when i got there. Easy pick up. Pizza was nice and hot. And they stay open later than the one closer to my house. It was worth driving a little farther to come to this one. Ill be back.

I called multiple times to try and place an order. Each time I was placed on hold. Ended up being on hold the entire time it took me to drive to the location. (8 minutes ) Got to the location, the staff were standing at the counter and back room. I still had my phone on (on hold) when I walked in to order. Crazy!

Absolutely without a doubt the worst little ceasers ever. Nothing ready. Extended wait time. The young man taking your order never let go of his cell phone…. the entire time. Face in phone while taking orders …. shoot he was passing food out with cell phone in hand. Then he said we don’t have quarters so he skipped giving me my change altogether.

Have had trouble numerous times with getting orders correct, even when the order was taken in the dining area. An employee was working the front register for too long in my opinion, he showed little to none customer service skills. He created instead of de-escalating unpleasant experiences for most customers.
