This would have could be a 5 star experience. It was almost a 1 star experience though. 3 things saved it from being that bad though – first, the two employees offered to help me right away even though my order for pick up wasnt for another 20 minutes. Although it still took forever, i appreciated them for it. Secondly, the pizza was pretty good, especially for the price. And third, i happen to own a pizza slicer. But theres the one star problem. The pizza wasnt cut! Although i loved the idea of folding it in half and enjoyed my pretzel crusted cheese stuffed pepperoni calzone, i fear my kids would have been quite sad that i ate it all. So it was disappointing that we had to go all the way home to slice our pizza

They didn’t cut my pizza. They sent me home to my family with a whole pizza. No quality control. Also, their pretzel crust is not a pretzel crust. It is a regular crust with margarita salt thrown all over the entire pizza. I have ordered the pretzel crust from a different state and it looked nothing like it did at this location. Waste of money. Check your pizza before you send it out.

I order online because I have my kids in the car(8 and under) and they just do not do good waiting. I arrived about 10minites after the time my order was supposed to be ready. I got there and they told me I have ti wait another 15 minutes. However, when I stated I wanted my refund the said 5 minutes. I waited almost 15 minutes, and when they game my order my pizzas were already cold.

I normally don’t review places. I received a notification that my pickup order was ready. I arrived and had to wait 30 mins after the time I was told to pull around. 6 other cars pulled around after us and received their food before we did. Only good thing was the pizza was hot.

This is the 3rd time time I’ve ordered and the 3 time I’ve waited at LEAST an hour. And for two of them I lately just ordered 1 cheese pizza. Idon’t understand why it consistently takes that long. And when I’m sitting in there looking disgruntled and upset they act like they have no clue why.
