I was routed to a Little Ceasars on the other side of town. After realizing where the app was sending me, I spent 25 minutes trying to cancel the order and couldn’t. So as not to disappoint the kids, I decided to make the 20-minute drive, and to my dismay, the lobby was “closed” at 8 PM! I was forced to go through a drive-through! I waited more than 30 minutes to pick up pizzas that were paid for over an hour ago. Needless to say, they sucked… even the crazy bread. I wasted over $38 and more than two hours of my time. Avoid this location at any cost!

Ordered an extra most bestest and received this. It has the same amount of pepperoni as a classic and on top of that they added yellow cheese, YELLOW CHEESE. They might’ve ran out of the cheese they use for pizza but let your customers know so they can agree to what your substituting it for. And also no marinara sauce, they gave me a pizza with no Mariana sauce and put yellow cheese in the bottom. SMH

I usually order online so I can dash in and out. Lately, like the last 3 orders, I go in and have to wait an additional 5-10 mins. I went this past Friday to pick up a Hot and Ready and it was burnt!!! So, please make sure you check your pizza boxes before you leave. Their pizza is so disgusting but it’s all we have in the neighborhood besides McDonald’s that’s cheap for a family of 3.

Employees are extremely lazy. I ordered on my phone, went to the store, and they made me go to the drive-through because, “the lobby was closed” despite there being people in the lobby. The lobby was 7 cars deep. I will get a refund and take my business elsewhere.

The employees were obviously untrained and seemed like they were just hired off the street with no knowledge of operations and were some of the most annoying people I’ve ever encountered in modern times. It was so sad to see. I left there feeling like the future is doomed due to the lack of knowledge that was on display. I vow to never return to this place ever again. It was just that sad to see young people so out of touch with life all together.

This little Caesars location is a joke!!! First off the lobby is closed which means you have to wait awhile in the Drive-Thru line. Told me my order was going to take 10 minutes but it’s taking way longer than that!!!!!! And people who place online orders have to get their food through the pickup window which is ridiculous. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Do not go to this store , all employees are under the influence of some sort. Pizza is undercook , I bought a pizza when I arrived home the pizza had very light cheese mostly burnt sauce due to no cheese on it . 10 percent of the pizza was smashed in. When I went back to request a new one. By my surprise the bottom of the pizza was under cook . I went back to the same store to get a refund they couldn’t do it. I decided to stay to watch for the first time when they made my pizza for the 3rd time. What I notice they pull out the pizza to early from the oven not letting the pizza fully cook , future customers are going to get raw pizza and not realize it until they arrive home. My first purchase was at 1:2 It’s now 2:46 I just recieved my order .Do not go to this location they will rip you off with uncook quality
