Is not the first time buying from here, very warmth and delicious food from here, but today I had to experience the worst service ever. They got me waiting for more than 20 min for an order of two pizzas while I was seeing other people behind me getting their orders, then this Hispanic lady with blond hair came out cleaning the ovens (which I don’t have any problem with that since I had that kind of job before) telling me that I was being loud and disrespectful to their coworkers when I wasn’t, the only thing I was doing was asking for how long was my order going to take since I was eating for more than 20-30 min after I placed the order online and it wasn’t ready, she was disrespectful and telling me to get shut up and she’ll get my money back because apparently to her I was disrespectful when I never was and there were costumers who witnessed it, she was just cleaning the ovens and telling me to get my money back because she didn’t wanted to deal with my claim, claim I was putting in after 29 of waiting for my order, after seeing everybody leaving with their orders besides me. Very disappointed. I love their pizza because they make it as they way I want it and I expect it to be, but some of their employees are so disrespectful and they don’t care about the customer service which is the one who glacé them the profit they need to get what they are paid for. Very disappointed, I really wanted it to be gentle and respectful, but I guess because of that lady was not. Very disappointed for real. I hope they do something about the employees and team work from that store because is not the service that everybody wants to have all day.

Went in ordered a pizza paid was told to wait 8 minutes then as I was walking back to get it they throw a sign up in the windows saying lobby closed and refused to talk to me. I was told go thru the drive thru manager walked out laughing at me, then they opened the door to talk to some guy… very unprofessional and nasty location!! Very rude and wouldn’t recommend to anyone !! I would leave 0 stars if I could !!!

Ordered the make your own pizza Italian sausage deal for $9.00 bucks and this is what I got. (05/31/2022). It was absolutely disgusting. Most of the pizza didn’t have sausage on it. Tasted like fresh toilet paper. The young women who were here attitudes are disgusting. I actually witnessed one throw a pizza at a customer. I can’t believe this restaurant hasn’t been reported. I hate this is the most convenient place to go. It makes you want to drive father for better service.

13362 Woodforest Blvd., Houston, Texas 77015 has the most unprofessional night staff at this location. I ordered on the app., went to pickup order the drive-thru line was very long. Called the number and was told that the lobby was open until 11 p.m. CST, but the door was locked and staff wouldn’t answer. Waited for close to 2 hours to get cold, improperly prepared stuff crust pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, marinera sauce and warm, flat 2 liter Pepsi. Asked for management and the person that came to the window was rude, unprofessional, and uncaring as the person that was manning the drive-thru window. The manager said she thinks the corporate number was on receipt and closed window while I was talking to her and proceeded to ignore me.

the stuffed crust pizza dough was very soft, as if it was undercooked but did not have a weird taste. I usually don’t order pizza from this company but I recently had a great experience that made me rethink my biases against them but this location just reconfirmed that. Wouldn’t recommend this location!
