I thought my order was simple but I guess not. A pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. Whoever was at the window want to play the word game with my son. He brings regular bread sticks and a cold pizza. I called them and the person on the phone says that is the Italian cheese, dude get me my damn cheese sticks and stop playing with me. I sent the cold pizza back as well, for a hot one. The pizza they gave him still wasn’t fresh and neither were the cheesy bread and my son had to go to work so I’m stuck with this mess. The worst part is, my son says as he’s walking out, he saw the guy take the pizza I sent back, closed it and put it back in the warmer. So someone will get the pizza I breathe on and touched. I frequent this location bc I live close but never ever again.

More than 20 min for a pizza you got to be kidding and when I went I to get a refund the the cashier Diego M. Was taking his sweet as time to give me a refund. Supper lazy and rude. Definitely the worst service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! I ordered pizza and waited 3 hrs before it was delivered. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone until my Door dasher called me to tell me there were people at the store that had been waiting for hours. That was the only way I had any communication to see what was going on with my order. Do better Little Caesars at least notify your customers of a delay and answer your phones! To top it off I called customer service and they weren’t helpful either.

Horrible!!! There was 20 ppl in lobby waiting to order and pick up orders. Ppl waiting over an hour for their order. Manager had the nerve to tell everyone if you don’t want to wait then leave cause they was short staffed.WHAT!!!!!! These ppl been waiting for over an hour some of who had already paid and u want to tell them if they don’t want to wait then leave. Evidently this was not just this one day this has been happening

It’s good in the day, but I had times where I get out of work and I’ve placed order online around 9 pm and they would say to me “sorry we don’t have anymore ingredients” or “we are about to close already”. I don’t see why I can’t place a pizza order an hour before they close like your suppose to clean and lock the doors after you close not at 9 pm.
