So… while my pizza was fresh as I requested and not over baked, the service from the cashier lady, Jennifer J(from what my receipt stated)was not soo pleasant especially after I asked her if they were going to clean the dipping sauce trays out bc they were filthy dirty. She looked at me like I asked her to scrub the floors with her hands.. I’m like Lady(in my mind) Cleaning this out should be something routine that your store practice, like how do you/little Ceasars serve customers dipping sauces that are staged in a filthy tray.. So she just lightly said Yes,like as though she really wanted to say “No”.. This establishment-location needs to do better with cleaning.. I bet if Food Inspection ppl were called out, they will FAIL completely.. I’ll be finding me another location to go to..

Usually great service there was a Hispanic guy that worked in the front Great customer service!!!! He was there for years … today some heavy set white lady has the worst attitude. Moving slow with a line of people not friendly not telling anyone thanks .. she should def work in the back like outside in the back !!!

In my opinion the pizza is ok, but there are better options available in the same market (Papa John’s, Dominos, and Pizza Hut). They don’t even include ranch with the wings. The service behind the counter is usually ok but never great. The only reason I continue to order on occasion is because the price. However, delivery gets really expensive and the pizza portal is really effective. So I definitely recommend pick up.

I ordered the crazy bread combo and a classic pepperoni. I get home and start eating the pizza and notice the crust is dry and the pizza doesn’t taste fresh. Nothing new when you’re dealing with this location (look at the other bad reviews.) However I take the crazy bread out the bag and it looks uncooked with a bunch of butter spread all over it. So I drive 15 minutes back to the store with the crazy bread and ask for a refund. The manager David tells me I need to bring the pizza back as well?? He proceeds to tell me he can only refund if I bring the pizza back too. Why would someone need to bring back an entire order to refund a specific item? That makes no sense. Too many bad experiences at this location and this is definitely the last time I’m going there.

Even though we arrived just minutes before.they closed they still served us were very nice and friendly and made sure we ordered what we wanted even if it.meant they had to stay a few min late. The place was clean and well organized and the staff went above.and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Definitely have only experienced service like this at this little Ceasars

It was worth what I paid. However, the cleanings level did not give me the warm fuzzies. Air vents above food service area in desperate need of cleaning. Surfaces need to be cleaned and then inspected. Grime and visible trash on floors, pizza warmers and refrigerator. The pandemic is no time to walk into a less than well kept restaurant.

I came in at 6pm and they told me a 10 minute wait but there is alot of people here waiting. One person said she was waiting 20 minutes and No Hot -N-Ready pizza ready at all. It’s not like there’s 2 person here. There is 7 people in the back. Ridiculous
