The workers had horrible service. The store claims to close at 10 and one customer arrives at 9:55 has the right to get their order and because the workers were lazy and wanted to close they didn’t want to attend the customer. It was horrible service to the customer they should took a course on how to give a good service and if there’s a schedule they should be able to fulfill the schedule thats been given.

I don’t know what was going on Friday and if this is typical service, but we ordered a pizza to pick up. When we came to pick it up it wasn’t in the pick up portal and the employee we talked to was very dismissive about where our order was. We figured it would show up and waited. We continued to ask for an update every 20 min or so for the next 90 minutes. The employee continued to be dismissive and basically say he didnt know where it was but put no effort in to resolving the situation. Until finally one of the employees actually looked for our pizza and handed it to us. No apology for losing our order, no apology for the almost 2 hour wait, literally just handed it to us and walked away. I had tired kids waiting in the car and we were all starving so I just left but maybe I should have asked for a coupon or something, I still can’t believe how appalling this service experience was, we’ll probably just avoid this location from now on.

I ordered from little Caesar’s yesterday and my mug root beer was expired I drink some of this and my kids as well . This is unacceptable. I’ve been calling the line trying to get in touch with the store and I am not getting through .

So I order 2 pizzas on the Little Caesar’s app and when I received a notification that the order was ready, I went inside to punch in the code (my name was clearly displayed in the #3 slot on the far left), there was nothing there. So after a few minutes, a worker placed the pizzas in slot #4 and didn’t even care to put in my name again. Then after the worker helped a customer in front of me, I questioned why there wasn’t anything in slot #3 when I got there and if the pizzas in slot #4 were mine. He was clearly confused and said, “No, the pizzas in slot #4 are for Eugene.” After getting that squared away, I get home and find that they gave me a nasty looking pizza. I mean really, they actually give pizzas to customers looking like this?? The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is that the cheese pizza turned out to be good.

This location absolutely sucks! They take forever to make a simple order waited in the drive through for 25+ minutes. Thats just ridiculous. I never really care to share experiences but this is just too much and the pizza is not very good either.

I ordered a pizza for my teenage daughter while I was away for a few hours and the driver placed it on the floor, did not ring the doorbell and when she found it it was covered in ants. They refused to refund me anything except the tip that was given to the driver. Never getting my business again. That was a cheap move for multi million dollar business. We will order from dominos just a couple buildings down .
