My house is 6 minutes from the store, by the time I got home with the pizza, it was dried out, lil to no sauce, over cooked on the edges and literally prolly the worst pizza I’ve ever tried to eat. Week old pizza outa the fridge is more fresh then what this place is serving. 2/10 for bein a edible pizza for $6.50. Can’t even drown the taste out with Buffalo sauce.

This is the worse Little Ceasars I have ever been to, most of us in Willis treat it like the plague. The employees are rude and consistently lie about times and about your order just so they don’t have to do more work. I have managed pizza shops before and all I see is a lack of management, dirtiness and pure laziness. I will not go back again and I wish that it would turn into a Quiznos or something

Leaving bad reviews is difficult sometimes, but truthful reviews? I’m perfectly fine leaving those. This location has let my family and I down countless times, over and over. We order a pizza through the app, it gives an estimated time, which at most LC’s it’s fairly accurate, at this one it’s inaccurate 90% of the time. Today, May 1st, 2023 we were waiting for our pizzas to be done, we thought “Why is it taking so long.” We get our pizzas and they look as if they took a trip through hell and back, burnt badly throughout the whole pizza.

Oblivious Massacre
This is the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to as a delivery driver. I’ve delivered about 15 orders from here and there’s been a long wait every single time. Every other time, they are out of something the customer ordered. I’ve been to at least 30 different LC locations and I am being dead serious when I say this is the worst out of all of them. No hate to the employees, though, they do work hard and do their best. This problem is obviously on the owner for not hiring enough people and management for not ordering the proper amount of inventory.

Is everyone at this store okay? I’ve been calling for a solid year and a half and I’ve never had anyone answer the phone when I call. I try to call before hand to see if they have Hot N Readys ready because practically every time I come in they do not have any ready and it’s a wait of at least 30 minutes…

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, and will not after just 1 bad experience. One person having a rough day shouldn’t ruin a places reputation. This is the 3rd time I have ordered crazy bread from the Willis location and it was NO where near cooked all the way. The 1st was quite a while back, but these last 2 were within weeks of one another. The pizza was still usually good. This time, with the uncooked crazy bread I got 1 burnt pizza, and 2 good ones. Does not help that the staff seems to get more and more rude every time I have went in lately.

Ordered the pretzel stuffed crust with the white cheddar cheese sauce. Got basically a pepperoni pizza with a bunch of sea salt. No white sauce no stuffed crust. Used to go there all the time. Haven’t been in a while and won’t be back.

Employees are always friendly but extremely understaffed…. Orders take over an hour. They should have at least 4+ people working and the last few weeks I’ve gone in they only have 2 people. Not sure if it’s a “can’t get anyone to work these days” problem or a management problem but I hope they can get some more folks in there to help these guys out and get things flowing again.
