I guess it’s my fault. I should have known to check the pizza BEFORE I left the store. Was in a hurry running errands in town so I got this because of time constraints. Why else would you go to “pizza pizza”? Asked for an extra pepperoni pizza. Got down the road and discovered half the pizza had 1 or 2 pieces of pepperoni per slice. Sauce was skimpy and the crust doughy as well. That’s less than the “normal” pepperoni is supposed to have. Conroe, Huntsville and Livingston locations have all taken a nose dive. I need to find somewhere else to grab quick takeout food from now on.

This store is in Huntsville Texas off of I45 and 11 street also known as 30. I have been there many times it is the slowest little caesar I have ever gone to no matter the business at the time. It’s not abnormal to wait 30 to 45 minutes on ready made pizza. Slow times are not much different sadly. Also the pizza spicyness veries, you never know if you will get spicy and over cooked, okay on the spice but under cooked or just right. It can get frustrating. The only reason I go there is when I am running short and need something cheap. Otherwise I go with one of they other pizza places her like papa John or double daves.

I ordered my pizza online not realizing the pick up date was for the following day at 10:30 am!! Jacob was great, great customer service, he had no problem making my pizza as a walk in. Pizza is always fresh at this location.

I was a bit disappointed with my most recent experience with ordering delivery on the Little Caesars mobile app at the Huntsville, TX store. As a new app user, I had to create an account with all my info. I ordered two pizzas and some sauces. I proceeded to check out put in all my info, payment info etc. I was at my neighbor’s house and wanted the pizza delivered there. Since my info didn’t match, I called the store to make sure they would deliver to the address I put in for delivery and not my own address. First, I was told that they don’t deliver. I said your website says you do. I was told they couldn’t look up and online order to confirm the address. I asked for the manager who told me the delivery is through door dash not them directly. The website does not make this clear. Never in the process was I told online it would go through door dash. Not able to verify the delivery address and feeling let down about the delivery process, I canceled the order. I was told I would have to await a refund. I soon received a text from door dash telling me they were on the way to pick up my order for delivery. They also stated there was going to be an additional fee of $5 for this service. A service for which I was never made aware of. Thinking the order was canceled I didn’t respond. About 30 min later I got a call from a nice woman telling me she was picking up my order, but it was canceled. That when an order is canceled it was also mandatory to cancel the door dash order. She had her supervisor call me to confirm and also not charge me for the delivery which now couldn’t happen. FYI: I was told the fee is cheaper to order though door dash. The thing that still bothers me after looking at the Little Caesars web site is that they do not tell you the delivery is via door dash and that you incur additional fees. Also, my credit card information was shared with a company I didn’t and wouldn’t have done business with had I known. I know this was long but I want people to be aware of this. At lease the other pizza places are up front when you order online and make you aware of the delivery fees.

I’ve lived here in Huntsville for a few years now and I’ve NEVER been able to get a “hot and ready” pizza. I don’t understand one hour before dinner pizzas should be made. I can see if it happens sometimes but it’s every single time an I’ve been here at about 20 times. I only give one star for the cheep price and 50/50 customer service

For starters I called the store to place my order. Having waited on the phone, I decided to drive up to the store while holding to place my order. I actually made it into the store and they STILL hadn’t answered the phone. I go to place my order and they couldn’t manage to add Jalapeños to a pizza. That was impossible. I ordered a drink for the wait. Upon finishing my drink and still not getting my pizza yet, I asked if they had a trash can that they could throw away the empty bottle. Again. That was impossible!!! Do they not posses a trash can? They couldn’t even throw away an empty bottle…. WORST LOCATION EVER!!! I would be easier and FASTER to just drive to Conroe. I won’t EVER be back to this location!

Ridiculous to wait over 15 minutes and not one person can pick up a phone to take an order since their app does not offer a pay with cash option. Still waiting as I write this review and I’m actually quite a patient person but they can’t even pick up to say hey were busy do you mind holding? Nothing at all.
