The “ultimate” Supreme was “OK” not ultimate anything. The crust was more like bread and they were cheap with the toppings compared to other times I’ve got this exact pizza from other L Caesars. The Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni ? Had less pepperoni than the basic pepperoni. This location should be closed.

I ordered one pizza before I got there and they said it would take 20 minutes. My husband went in and waited 45 minutes and they hadn’t even started it. They said it was because the computer said it wasn’t time for our pizza to be made yet so they wasn’t going to make it even though I had been waiting for almost a hour. I watched 250 pizzas go through that oven why I waited but they couldn’t make me one pepperoni pizza so I gave them a piece of my mind got my money back and left I would not recommend this little Caesars in Livingston to anyone. This is not the first time I have a problem with them.

Manager is rude, not professional and she doesn’t know how to manage the place. I places and order at 8:12 pm and app said pizza was at the oven at 8:20, I went to get the pizza at 9 pm and it was not ready. Manager was with her phone, never paid attention to customers, pizza was ready at 9:30 pm I ask a refund and she said I needed to wait. Other employees are amazing and they do as much as they can, but this lady is not professional. You need a better and more qualified manager.

For a place that advertises hot and ready, just come in and grab, you would think they would actually have hot and ready pizzas to go. But not. 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon and not a single hot and ready avaliable. And the manager just didn’t seem to care that they didn’t have any ready. It’s an hour and four minutes until they close and they refused to take an order. We were told we could have whatever is left in their food warmer. I understand closing the kitchen, turning off ovens a few minutes before close, but an entire hour early is just absolutely ridiculous. Domino’s will get our business tonight after all!

Never get what you order. Have ordered online 30 to 45 min earlier and have to wait 45 mins once I arrive. Not just once. Every time I have tried them. Last time i ordered a stuffed crust pretzel crust pizza and when I checked it before i left it was just a plain stuffed crust pizza. Guy behind counter argued with me that it was a pretzel crust they just rain out of pretzel salt. Then get home and its not even the sauce i ordered on pizza. Plus the crust on bottom was still raw. They just need to close this location down. Never getting my business or anyone I know.

I ordered on the app and when I went to pick it up, it was wrong. So I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to have it remade. Also, the taste was so bland that I could finish it. It was horrible. The worst pizza from little caesars I’ve ever had. Probably will never go back.

Have loved this store for more than a decade, but it has completely went down hill and 3 stars is generous. They never have change, has to be exact change or card.. or you can just decide to lose a dollar or two.. they don’t care. I could go on. I keep checking back periodically, just hoping for some new, less entitled management that seems to care a little bit more about the stores’ operation and less about her lunch. The manager is disrespectful and always cussing. Pizzas are never ready. I thought pizzas were to be hot and ready. This place just sucks and it’s going down hill fast. Loud music blasting and employees standing in the doorway vaping while customers are in the store waiting. New management needs to happen. I don’t recommend Livingston location. The most unprofessional place ever.
