I’ve been here twice since May. Ordered online and showed up a little before the estimated time my order would be ready. The first time, it was 20 minutes lat being into the pickup box. The M&M cookie dough brownie wasn’t in the pick-up box. My wife placed the order, and i didn’t look at the details. Therefore, we didn’t get it. The last time was yesterday, 8-11-23. Both pizzas and bread sticks were very undercooked. It was 12 minutes late being placed into the pick-up box. The dessert wasn’t in there again. She asked, and the employee apparently didn’t know what she was talking about and went to the back to ask. He came back with a small tray, and she asked if that was it. The employee got an attitude belittling her asking, “Is that not what you ordered?” Had I been there that conversation would have continued. We will never use this mediocre location again.

Whomever franchises this location needs to seriously consider finding new management. This store is by far the worst location in the area. I went in a few weeks ago to pick up an online order and it was put into the wrong pickup bay. It took 10 minutes of haggling with the employee who was clearly high to get my pizza. I don’t care if someone is high at work unless it affects my service, and this dude literally could not wrap his mind around the fact that my pizza was in the wrong bay, despite me pointing out that my name was on it. That dude either needs to smoke more so he can handle himself or stop smoking before work. Moreover, pizza is regularly not cut, undercooked, and I’ve received cold breadsticks in the past. It’s frustrating that the employees so clearly do not care.

Little Caesars pizza in tomball serves you raw pizza very & poorly made pizza! It’s not often I buy from them but when I have like today the pizza is just thrown in the box terribly cut stuck and raw it makes us sick to our stomach! This is the worst pizza in town!!!!!!!

Placed a custom order online, the same order I’ve been making for 2yrs now.. After paying and picking up my order I got home and the pizzas were stale as if they had been sitting for awhile and the toppings were thrown on to them later. They also forgot to put toppings on an ultimate supreme pizza. The service and quality of the food used to be great. Idk what happened within the past few months. And forget about trying to get ahold of the store cause the call center is ridiculous.

What’s the point in ordering online if I have to wait an extra half hour for a simple pizza and cheese bread? On top of that it takes 10 minutes for someone to even help me at the register so I can ask for my pizza! Little caesars used to be the bomb but it doesn’t seem to be worth the headache anymore

Only gave a star so I could leave this review….this store is absolutely ridiculous!! Yall literally close every night two hours early…all the time….then you say yall are out of food all the time….thank you…because at least a dozen customers a week end up at my pizza place telling us the horror stories about your staff. Feel so sorry for the owners of this establishment !! You should fire your whole crew immediately!! You might start making more money! And by the looks of all the other reviews you guys need proper management as well!!

Hello, we frequent the Little Caesars in townball store 7673. I’m not sure what happened on the night of December 10th, but the pizza and the service we received were absolutely deplorable. We spent extra for the Detroit style pizza and literally there was no sauce or cheese on the pizza you can actually see nothing but crust and the fancaronni pizza had burnt black crust all around the end of it. It’s very upsetting when you go out of your way to patronize a business only to get home and realize the product you have is not up to par and now your stuck having to feed your family subpar food! We will not return to that location ever again. Instead, we will travel 20 minutes out of the way to patronize the location on Kuykendall store 8050.

Made an online order which said to pick up my order at 9:50pm I got to the location at 9:54 and was told that they really close at 9:50pm not 10:00pm and that they already threw my order out and shut down. I had tried calling on my way there and as always… no answer. If you really close 10 min before you’re supposed to then it should be posted on the website or in the store. Really poor work ethic.
