I ordered a pepperoni pizza from the Little Caesars app. I assumed if I ordered it from the app it would be fresh. I waited 25 minutes until the app said it was ready. When I got the notification it was ready, I went inside retrieved my pizza and it was lukewarm. They just gave me a “hot and ready” pizza that had to be made hours before. The box was all warped and crushed. The pizza crust was so hard and was not fresh at all. If I wanted a regular “hot and ready” I would have just walked in when I parked and asked for a “hot and ready”. I wanted a fresh, cheesy, bubbly, burn my mouth pizza. That’s why I drove there first and ordered it in the parking lot off the app. I miss fresh pizza. I understand the hot and ready process, but I feel like that is for people in a hurry. I was not in a hurry and wanted the pizza made in real time. How do I order it and request that without offending the workers.

Placed order at 5 to pick up at 645. Was told there was a wait of 30 minutes even though I ordered ahead. I waited almost an hour for my pizza. Only for it to be cold as hell. I was also charged one price online and when I picked up in store I was charged a different price. I added a 20oz drink for $1.99 yet was charged an additional $5.40 was told they don’t honor online prices. That’s a first for me considering I always order online. The high schooler cashier and her attitude was ridiculous. I won’t revisit this location and do away with Little Caesars in general. This experience was hell. Not worth even one star!

Ordered a pizza online… Got there before the ETA pick up but somehow the food was ready way before then… Of course the pizza is old as hell the only thing fresh was the cheese bread… Wings, pizza and bread sticks were either cold or old. Wish I could get my money back cause all this was a waste of time and my lunch break.

Avoid this location and buy pizza anywhere else. Dropped into this location to pick up a couple of pizzas and some crazy bread. I now refuse to ever go back. While paying for my pizza there were two female workers in the back yelling at a co worker with every other word dropping the F word. Luckily no kids were in the restaurant. I loudly said “There are customers here” but the language continued. The nice kid behind the register was mortified with the language. I asked to speak with the manager. Ends up… the manager that came to speak to me was one of the two consistently cursing the F word very loudly. I asked if she was the person cursing and she said “It was either her or me”. I explained that it was not appropriate for a place of business with kids (several of whom had just barely came in). No apology, no ownership taken, no responsibility… only “I understand” with a few eye rolls. Sad that the example of cursing set by the manager is the norm and accepted in a place of business. Several parents that were no waiting by this point said they agreed with what i had said and thanked me. I will never go back to this location. Absolutely unacceptable. Buy pizza ANYWHERE else.

The head manager is very unprofessional and she is very disrespectful towards her employees the service is terrible along with the food orders they are always get thing wrong and to be honest the day I walked in there that same manager was going back in forth with one her special needs employees calling him retarded and was saying a lot of other unnecessary things to her other employees she does not deserve to be managing this establishment

Slow service, small waiting area. Last time I was there it was a 15 minute wait to the cashier just to find out it’s a 30 minute wait for a basic pizza.
