I had selected delivery and could see the doordash driver waiting almost a hour. Supposed to be delivered at 8:45 and he dropped it off at 9:30. Got my food and the pizza was cold, breadsticks were still raw (straight up dough with garlic!) and terrible and soda was hot. Never had this experience before from this location and will never order again. Delays on a Friday, understood. But raw breadsticks?? Nope. Very disappointed…

Absolutely ridiculous that this was the location 280 FM 2920 Spring Texas 773-88 as the number called and nobody told us it was a call center. We asked when they were open till and we were told 11.When we arrived just after 10:00 and told them it was this location as we called the number listed with this location and were not told by anybody we had reached a call center. No excuse for this oversight and this happened on my birthday. The manager on duty did not even volunteer her name nor offer any kind of compensation. Wonderful way to ruin someone’s birthday by simply not clarifying it’s a call center and not the location listed especially when the phone number is listed at that address of that store. I am in food service myself and the situation would have far differently, as in for example, my manager would have asked us to come back to offer some kind of compensation but no effort was made. No excuse. Never ever had any kind of experience with Little Caesars before and am very very disappointed. Wasting customers time or potentials customers time but not clarifying things is a poor way to run business.

Hot n ready my bootyhole. I waited over 40 minutes for ONE pepperoni pizza. The lobby was packed with people who were waiting for orders they had placed online an hour before. I would recommend going to a different location or ordering a day ahead lol

It is the absolute epitome of an entire ghetto mess! Where is the professionalism!!!! It’s a bunch of unethical young people with no sense of proper customer service etiquette. I ordered a large pretzel pizza with Italian sausage & pepperoni. Waited 25 minutes only to get home to a pepperoni pizza. Mind you I just worked a 10 hour shift. I was uncontrollably livid. The young lady offered to take my number as she prepared to leave. No ma’am I want the pizza I ordered. I am tired and bothered. First time shame on you second time shame on me!!!! Epic fail period!

Plan on being there before 7 pm if you plan on in-store pickup. You can even knock on the door and staff will literally ignore you. Pretty disappointing. I would have canceled my order if that was an option through the app.

Take out only. No seating rooms. They have 3-4 hot and ready pizzas available. I’ve only had to wait once, but nothing crazy. Staff was nice.
