The Hot & Ready pizzas are never ready. Ten minute wait for a cheese pizza that lacked enough cheese to be called so. It was like eating crunchy hard bread. Look better than they taste but it’s $5 sooo.

ordered a regular pepperoni pizza with deandra g, she said it was supposed to be a 5 min wait, she cleread the whole drive thru twice, assistedd all the customers and took 30 minutes to get a pizza that she had behind her the whole time service needs improvement.

This has to be the worst location ever. Customer service is horrible everyone has an attitude and they never get your order correct. They cut so many corners that you end up with bad or barely any product. Today I should have just drove the extra 20 minutes to the will Clayton location. They are absolutely amazing. ( wasn’t working in the area of ) Fire the whole staff please. I can not support this location. My order wrong AGAIN money wasted for something my family won’t eat. Looks even more disgusting. Better training on quality control before someone gets sick.
