I’m at the store NOW . How does someone give away a LARGE ORDER to someone else !!! We have been waiting for the APP to say READY and I drive thru and MY ORDER WAS PICKED UP!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Why are we not checking order numbers or emails!!! Then they have two people come tell me YOU ALREADY PICKED UP!! Are you serious!!! So now i wait MORE TIME TO GET THIS ORDER DONE TWICE !!! Little Caesars is a great place when you’re in a pinch for something to eat quick and cheap. However, they definitely do not put a lot of time in putting the pizza together because my toppings were just thrown on there and any kind of way. But at the end of the day you can’t complain much when you’re only paying between six and seven dollars for a whole pizza. You get what you pay for.

Little Caesars is still cheap and good for my boys. As of late, I’ve noticed their service drop quite a bit. Yesterday, I got there 6 minutes after the time the app gave me. They told me it would be another 6 minutes. Then there were a lot of people just sitting in the drive through even though their order was not ready. Once mine was, I had to park and go inside because of that. It was not the quick pick-up I usually do there. Hopefully, they find some help quick.

You can’t eat here but the place is clean. Don’t be butt heads it’s called hot and ready, and customers rush them like they have magic. I can’t complain it’s a 6 dollar pizza! It’s not overly sauced, and it’s great for kids.. thank you, Todd, for always having a smile .

They are severely understaffed. Had to walk in afterwards because the drive thru line wasn’t moving for 30 minutes. I heard that at that time they weren’t taking any orders, only online pick up orders (it was at 9 pm). Lady at the cashier was nice and friendly. Pizza was pretty good and yummy.

I called at 10:40 to place and order no one picked up. I arrived at 10:48 and the said they were not making anything any more. I asked why they said they had already started cleaning. If you close at 11:00pm you should be able to order up before 11:00. They guy was very rude. He said that I could speak to the manager but that it was his idea.

Customer service is horrible. I ordered pizza online. Chose the option for light red sauce the pizza running with sauce as if extra was added. I called the store to report and spoke Thomas who identified himself as the manager. Told me he is pretty sure the pizza was made with light sauce. So I guess I’m lying? The employees here are lazy and lack customer service skills. Won’t be going back
