I knew better! I go in to order a thin crust beef pizza and Garlic Parmesean wings. The lady tells me 15 to 20 mins. Ok cool! I’m just chilling till I see her go in the warmer to get the wings and sprinkle them wiith parmesean I guess. I immediately tell her that I want fresh wings and she tells me that those are fresh. She said it will be 15 mins and I said ok. I get my food and open the wing container and was stunned. These were under developed wings from a chicken that they should’ve let grow to maturity. Of course I said something. I showed her a wing that was actually half a wing. She said that’s how their wings come. $8 for the smallest wings ever. Never again. On top of that she ran out of cheese and peppers. But… I knew better!

For years they had us drive up to the window. And now they have a sign that says to go to the speaker or they wont serve you pretty much. Had me sitting waiting at least 3 minutes while they just stared at me through the window before I even saw the sign. The pizza was good. But the service has always been a problem. Even when You are LITERALLY THE. ONLY. ONE. IN. LINE. They will just pretend your not there and waste your time.

The door and drive thru was closed before 9pm. Never recieved my order. The manager and staff are extremely rude, and here it is a month later and I’m still waiting on a refund. When I say NEVER AGAIN, will I waste my money here, I mean NEVER AGAIN!

This location is so bad. We ordered a 5 meat and a fanceroni pepperoni and they tried giving us what looked like an almost raw fanceroni pepperoni. I had to tell the guy at the front 4 times that I need a new one that’s actually cooked fully made (he brought the same undercooked one up every time) and then he brought the manager up to the front and the manager griped at me and blamed me for not ordering it “well done” on the app. Like lady I’m not asking for a burnt pizza, I’m asking for the pizza that I paid for to be fully cooked. And she has the audacity to tell me “well you know that this one has to be thrown in the trash right??” And I’m like “as it should be given that it’s raw “.

I can understand being slow or having hit or miss days. However, I’ve been here four separate times this month in the early afternoon. So, not even so early that it’s weird or so close to closing that it’s annoying. Every single time they tell you not to pull up to the window (even though their speaker has been broken for some time now) but when you wait by the speaker they seldom actually take your order. When they do it legitimately takes about 20 or so minutes. I can understand waiting that long if they had to make more but just to take your order is crazy. Most of the time too we’ll see the employees just walking around inside and deliberately ignoring what’s going on.

If I could give this place less than a star, I absolutely would! The employees here have no type of customer service! I couldn’t hear them over the speaker and they couldn’t hear me so I drove up to the window. Only to be told I need to drive around to the end of the line to order! Just to get a hot and ready?! Not only did she not take my order but she started cursing me out because I refused to move to the end of the line. All because of the lousy speaker that never works! Goes to show why people stop going to cheap places! Learn from Chik-AFila customer service! Never again getting pizza from here! Corporate really needs to investigate who they have working here! Horrible customer service!

This place is racist. I went through the drive thru w my mom and the worker didn’t want to speak Spanish because my mom was speaking Spanish so the worker ignored her and treat her very rude. And when we pulled to the window the worker was bilingüe and she started laughing and then slammmed the window at our face.
