8/2/2023 The manager here shouldn’t be a member of management, I asked the young lady working in the front of a manger was able , Because I know someone looking for a job. The young stated she’s coming and never returned, after waiting 15 mins , I told her that’s okay . The store didn’t have customers this was 4:00pm in the evening, The lady was working the front and making pizza by herself, that’s why I wanted to know if they help . Who owns this location you need to get rid your manager. Her customer service skills suck. ❌❌

This place seriously needs management or a report to the health department/ building inspection. There was arm scratching, hair scratching, and the counting change from the boy to the girl in front and neither washed their hands hands literally because I watched to see if they would this place is becoming very unsanitary which is sad because it use to be really nice and clean before COVID after that they stopped caring

Management sucked! I went to the Crabb river location and waited 2 hours for my 2 pizzas that I had placed online and when I asked how much longer they told me they are barely making it! I asked for a refund and manager said she would do the refund but not give the food for free to compensate on the wait time, she didn’t offer anything! She did not take inconsideration that my kids were hungry and had to wait 2 hours for something that could of been 10 minutes! And when I asked her if i could speak to someone above her she said yes but then turned around and had the authacity to say here is your food and roll her eyes and walked off! That location lost a customer!

If they had gluten free options then would probably get 5 stars but alas they don’t. Because friends and family have enjoyed the freshness and hotness that comes out of Little Caesar’s and the oven they make pies in who can cast shade thought I would this guy could join in, especially since most other brands make it work.

Pizza wasn’t cooked! We ordered 2 crazy breads they gave us 1 and 1 of stuffed cheese crazy bread which wasn’t cooked at all. The bread was very soggy. My daughter took a bite out of this bread and it looks absolutely disgusting. We live 10 miles away and had to drive back at got here at 9:55 and they never made us a new one. The store closes at 10 so it wasn’t closed yet. Veronica Castillo said that it looked cooked but it wasn’t! We have been here several times and not once has this pizza ever looked like that.

Crazy bread is nearly bone dry with hardly any butter and cheese. Tried asking for extra butter and cheese which I was willing to pay for, but was told it would be $2.70. That’s insane. The crazy bread itself is only $4.

I order a well done deep dish and I got an undercooked pizza that looks like it was made by children. My first picture is what I ordered and the second picture is what they gave me. I wouldn’t have made a big deal abt this if they didn’t try to convince me that I’m wrong and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I ordered this from other branches with no problems.
