Ordered food from this location 2 hours before closing, it took 1 1/2 hours for our order to arrive and get delivered the wrong order. Drove to the location and was told that they will not make the order because the driver picked up the order and they are about to close. The employees told me that we should get the money back from DoorDash but that they cannot make the order. Very disappointed in this location. Also tried to call while order was being made because the order was taking an hour so far and hasn’t even been picked up yet. Never going to the location ever again. They need to work on how to fix this location.

It’s Little Cesar’s Pizza, cheap but decent. On my visit there was a 15 minute wait to get my 2 pepperoni pizzas. It would have been 10 minutes if the front counter had informed me that my pizzas were ready.

Yesterday I placed an order for 4:30 pick up today. Showed up at 4: 20 and let them know I had a pickup but I was a few minutes early. He told me to wait about 10 minutes and pull back through the drive-thru which was perfectly fine. I pull back through the drive-thru and I’m stuck in line for another 15 minutes because no one will answer the drive-thru. Back out go inside by this time it’s 4:45 and I say I have a pickup order and they tell me it’s still in the oven… This place is a joke

I realize this is Little Caesars and not to expect the best pizza of my life but this location consistently messes orders up. Ordered a couple one topping pizzas with light sauce and both came drenched in it. However one is heavily undercooked and the other is over done. Franchise owners needs to be ashamed of himself. Would sell it to someone who cares and hires a competent manager that keep his employees (kids) accountable. No quality control whatsoever.

Against my husband’s wise advice, I have stopped by this location at least 3 (possibly 4) different times on different days and they have NO Hot and Ready pizzas. The workers are unapologetic and actually look a bit relieved to hear that we can’t wait 30 minutes for them to make one. Might as well go with the competition.

Cooks and cashiers yelling at each other. Hectic all around. Orders online taking almost an hour and then you’re told another 30 minutes when you get there. People love Little Caesars and just tolerate. Be warned when ordering online and expectations on having it ready per app estimated times.

We started calling this particular location around 5:00 Sunday afternoon/evening. We had a couple of questions about delivery and one of the specials that was being offered. After following the voice prompts and waiting on perpetual hold, the system hung up on us We called back and about 10 minutes into the system reuprising us that they would be to the phone quickly We just decided to drive up to the store. During our drive the system hung up on us again. We called back a third time and upon arriving discovered that there was one person in the drive-thru line there were no pizzas in the portal system and there were four people working at this location. We waited almost 10 minutes at the front counter before anybody came over to ask about our order or to take it. During that time the phone was still in their voice prompt system. And I quickly figured out that the system was ringing inside the store when the system wasn’t speaking to you through the phone. When an associate arrived I asked them if the phone ringing over there was my phone call that was going on, with the speaker on, while he and I were standing at the counter. The associate indicated that yes it was most likely my call that was ringing. I asked why he wasn’t answering the phone then since we have been trying to call for nearly an hour… His answer was that they were busy and during busy times they just don’t answer the phone. I’ll let you take that information and use it any way you see fit. For me, that was extremely poor customer service.
