The managers do not care about customer service, customer wait time, or quality of food. Placed my order at 5:30 showed up at 6:30 when I walked in there was no greeting or and over 5 people in the lobby waiting like me took at least 8 minutes just to get an update on my food then left and came back just to waited another 5 minutes to be cashed out and my food to be handed to me how do you have a full staff and no one at the front counter or helping to make orders go faster why half the workers standing around just looking like the PHONE ISN’T GOING OFF EVERY MINUTE, THE LOBBY IS FULL AND ORDER INST JUST PILING UP!

I had ordered my food online through the app for pickup at 1:32, order was supposed to be done by 1:47-1:53 so I got to the store at 1:50. Waited until 2:34 to finally get my pizza. While I was waiting there were a total of 7 pizzas made, no hot readys, and no structure. If I’d have known the wait was gonna be 30-45 min I would’ve never ordered in the first place, wish I could get a refund. Pizza was also not baked or cut throughly

Whoever works the drive through tips himself and then acts like he’s going to pay out of pocket but then goes to another register that states a females name, pretty obvious they tip everyone and only pay back the people who speak up, pretty poor service, grow up and get a better job if your desperate for money, don’t try to take my hard earned money because someone like me even tho it’s 1.50$ that adds up for a 8 hour shift, and I’m the type to wait outside the store till the employee leaves and handle it myself.. so be careful and quit taking people’s money you brokies

Worst service ever. Placed an online order for convenience seeing that I had a car full of hungry grand babies. The order confirmation stated that pick up would be between 1:25-1:30. I placed my order at 12pm so that could pick it up after church and I even stopped at Aldi’s to kill a little more time. Walked in and there were 4 other people besides myself and no one even greeted us nor came to the front to ask for my name or order number. Apparently everyone waiting were told that their pick up time was the same as mine. The little guy that finally came to the front was very rude and confrontational. Non apologetic and pretty much dismissive of our complaints. Turns out he handed me a pizza that had been sitting on top of 10 others on the counter and it wasn’t even the toppings I ordered. At this point I had been standing there an extra 30 minutes and I just wanted a stinking pizza and be done. No management whatsoever! Extremely unprofessional and with no regard to customers/customer service. They don’t have to worry about me returning. First and last time.

Drive thru to pick up a hot n ready pepperoni pizza. We were advised they were sold out of pepperoni and something else, couldn’t understand his mumbling. Told us it would be a very long long time and when asked how long he said he couldn’t give us an exact time. What kind of Little Cesar’s pizza place is this. Don’t go there for pizza. This is not our first time going thru their drive thru and they have nothing. We thought they would have taken care of the problem. NOT!!! We won’t be going here ever again.

The Caucasian manager is Rude and Uncaring for the needs of customers. She will argue with customers and door dash drivers. I witnessed this disrespectful attitude with this manager at this location several times and with me several times. No matter what day of the week it is, you order online, you pay, it gives you an estimate of when it’ll be done, every single time I go and get to the window at the estimated time and every single time it’s going to be at least another 20 mins when I get to the window, there has been multiple times that I’ve had to drive through the drive thru 3 or 4 times finally getting my pizza a hour after the estimated time. They have a bunch of children that are not concerned with the job running the place. Never hot or ready
