This was the absolute worst pizza i have ever had. The crust was under cooked. I mean it was raw. The pizza was so greasy that you could have wrung it out. My grandkids wouldn’t even eat it. I threw the whole pizza in the trash. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I want pizza, I’ll order pizza hut or Domino’s. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Customer service was poor. I arrived 10 minutes late because I got held up at work and my code and qr code didn’t work. 5 minutes to try to get someone’s attention and I get told I was 10 minutes late. No one at the counter, line was almost out the door…………..Will not go back to that location EVER!!!!

Unprofessional and unhygienic staff. I was there to take an order for food Delivery app. And I spend almost 1hr and end up disappointed ☹️ By staff member only 1 gentlemen was working his name is Omar. And cash lady was just laughing looks like she was high and other lady eating in front of all customers. First time in my life to see something like this. Totally unprofessional. It’s your choice if u want your food comes from a place where people don’t even care about cleaning.

Employees were talking and taking their time to take my order. The guy who finally came to take my order was not friendly at all. The pizza that I ordered was pretzel and it wasnt good . It didn’t have tomato sauce and was very salty. Definitely did not eat it, it was to bad to give to the kids.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: I am not a frequent visitor to Little Caesar’s. Because of this I was unaware that when a person orders on line they have to use this 3 digit number off the receipt to code it in in order to get there pizza out of the pizza box ( not sure what it’s called). Now I walk in ready with my email open. When she decides to return back to the front I tell her who I am and she says it’s in there( pointing at the this box they keep the pizza in). I ask her which numbers do I use? I’ve never did this before I said, to her and there’s at least 3 different numbers on my email. She then says this 3 digit number out loud and walks away to the back where the cooks are. I then asked a customer will you please help me I’m not sure on this? He kindly walks over look at my email with me helps me to resolve my problem. This young lady took no effort to give me good customer service at all. She could’ve have just pointed the numbers out on my email. She is uncourteous, doesn’t greet the customers, makes little to no eye contact, no effort into doing a good job and makes no effort to helping someone who needs her help. She was pretty much telling me with her tone of voice that she could careless. After all it is her job!!!

Made an order online and when going to pick it up via code that is given to get the order out the machine for pick up the order waw not 100 percent available. You shouldn’t have to wait a whole hour plus to pick up and order made online Also on arrival why is it that people that drive up are receiving orders that were made online for other people to pick up that was paid for in advance. It’s not good business to give out other people orders to customers that show up on the drive up to purchase. This location needs to do a better job of adhering to online pick up policy. Do better

No longer going to the little Caesars in Port Arthur again!! For two weeks now, the manager on duty had been nothing but unprofessional. I have been going to this particular little Caesars for over 10 years now. I would walk in to place my order and I know it’s always the same 4 emb’s so it’s not like this is a pizza you don’t know how to make. It’s more so with being lazy that you don’t want to fulfill my order. He tells me the price and there will be a 10-15 min wait as usual, but for the last two weeks I have constantly noticing that he would make my pizza and give it away while I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes until he finally got around to make my order. This is really a shame and pathetic, if you don’t want to work simple don’t take the job. I feel so bad for their manager Damian that he has so many lazy disrespectful people working for him, you are losing business and it’s not his fault.
