I sat outside the drive window with two separate employees on the other side having a conversation for, I swear to God, 14 minutes. Both employees looked at me several times and ignored me. Monday July 10th at from 8:18 pm to 8:32 pm. When I ordered for a simple hot and ready it took over 11 minutes to receive my pizza. When stacked on top of the original 14 minutes I felt like I couldn’t called a different pizza place and then driven over and picked up my pizza. I waited so long I just turned my vehicle off to save gas. Then an employee stuck his head out the window, gave me a nasty look and said *what chu want” as if I was inconveniencing him. when I told him I already ordered he returned with a Lukewarm pizza in a soggy box. I really felt like they just wanted me to give up waiting and drive away so they didn’t have to work. This was without a doubt the worst service I’d ever received at any food establishment and was so bad I decided to leave my first review on any business. I don’t expect much from lil ceasars but I do expect a pizza place that serves an item called hot and ready to have the hot and ready be hot and ready quicker than 29 minutes

Walked in, ordered one of their menu specials, but the lady taking the order said “we don’t have that anymore.” I pointed it out on the menu, but she didn’t say a word. Just rang it up, and asked for payment. Pizza advertised as having minimum 100 pepperoni slices, but didn’t count even 75.

It’s a great place to go if you like 8 pieces of sausage on the entire pie and you like waiting 15 minutes to order when their not busy. And another feature is you get to listen to a bunch of comments from customers that didn’t place an order due to the fact the convenient wait time was not in their schedule.
