See picture below. Ordered online and order was supposed to be ready at 8:15 in the portal. Nothing in the portal. My husband was there until 8:40. There was no one at the counter to ask why it wasn’t in the portal. I called 5 times in that time period and no answer. Food was cold and I didn’t receive an item. I have been coming to this location for over 15 years. It had gone downhill. The last time my husband was in there an employee cussed out a customer.

I didnt want to say anything last time I went because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but tonight’s service was, again, just terrible. The same girl with the same attitude.. I order online and walk in to a long line waiting to be helped. The girl with the sour attitude waltzed from the back, still on her phone and drinking her water, and finally started taking some orders. She is not pleasant at all and she always shorts me my crazy sauce. I’m almost not willing to go back to the location on Phelan because she is very rude.

Literally the worst place to go. There was a huge mosquito on my pizza. I waited over the wait time I was supposed to. None of the employees cared. & I guess having bugs on their pizza is normal. Also they said I couldn’t have the pepperoni removed even after I told them there was no option in the app for it.

Excellent pizza for the price, especially the Detroit style. Every time I’ve ordered online or ahead of time, my pizza has been ready for pickup when I get there. Most of the employees I’ve come in contact with are also friendly, but there are those few who seem like they don’t want to be there.

Was hungry for a pizza and went by here to get one and while walking in there was a black guy and his 2 sons walking in just before me and as we stood there in the lobby there was a guy counting money and the register so we waited. and waited. and WAITED. Finely he looks up and goes to the end of the counter and looks back to people in the back and a black girl comes walking up to the front like she really didn’t want to be there and asked the black guy what he wanted and he made his order. and he backed away from the counter so I could order but the girl just turned and went to the back and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was stunned and I looked over to the guy who just made his order and he looked stunned too. I then said “I guess I don’t get to order” and walked out. This place is the worst and racist place I have ever been too. This girl needs to be fired. This is a bad mark on this company and sooner or later she is going to get this company in a lot of legal trouble if not corrected. I have been eating there for years but this has turned me off to this place. If I could give -1 star I would.
