Made a call in order for a couple items got there a couple mins early, was already done, service was fantastic the girl at the front counter was very nice and polite. (Their thin crust is among my top favorite of all pizza places!) And this one was exceptional def going again soon.

I like coming to this location because they have a drive thru. I’m usually on my way home from work and it’s just easier to go thru a drive thru. Well, today I place an order online, and I choose the drive thru window option. I pull up… im stared at for a good 10 minutes while the workers just walk around and look at the window then walk away…. 15 MI uses goes by, there’s 6 cars behind me. One lady finally comes to the window. She says can I take ur order…. I said I have an order for Brandy. She slams the window and walks away… after another 5 minutes, another worker who had been on their cell phone talking this while time comes to the window and asks if they can help me. I said well, she was supposed to be getting my order but she never came back… the worker asks me if I’m with door dash, I say no, I ordered online. She Says well we only do door dash orders thru the window… I said I selected the option to pick up thru the window. She said I understand, but u have to come in and enter ur code to get ur pizza…. I said I dont have a code. I have a confirmation email for the order when it was placed and one that says its ready… neither have a code and I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes….. she said well ill do it for u this one time….. fine. Whatever.. get the pizza. One was supposed to be the thin crust pepperoni……. it was a regular pepperoni pizza cut like the thin pizza is supposed to be…. this place used to be great…. but its steadily decreasing….. honestly doubt I will ever be back!!!!!!!

Pizza was good,but took forever to get them to pick up the phone. When I arrived I stood at the counter and was barely acknowledged. When someone walks in AT least say hello,I will be with you shortly. I mean..don’t ignore people and especially those who have already placed a order and are ready to pay.

Awful. Don’t take your kids there. The workers in the back “ females” were using fowl language. So unprofessional. Those girls need to be fired. They gave me the wrong pizza. Customers were walking out. Manager should be fired too for allowing that type of behavior in a working environment.

Ordered on the app. Arrived at the same time the notification arrived on my phone that my order was ready. Went to drivethru and was told my pizza was ready but wings needed 5 minutes. Parked and went back to window 7 minutes later and was told to park and they would bring them to me. 40 minutes later and they wanted me to park again. I demanded a refund of entire order because my pizza was in my passenger seat getting cold. Wings were at the window and I was asked if I still wanted the wings. Well yes I do…..I paid for them. Now my pizza is cold. I was told I would ot get a refund on the wings if I want because I already had the pizza. 45 minutes in the parking lot, and cold pizza is MY FAULT? Do better.

If there was an option for zero stars this place would definitely receive the rating. Very unprofessional employees, a food preparation place should be kept tidy and sanitary, kitchen was ran by employees with poor personal hygiene and uniforms that consist of house shoes/sandals and filthy clothes. Not one employee was using plastic gloves to handle food. Ordered thin crust pizza and found what looked to be parchment paper in between the crust and toppings. Ordered a plain cheese and a pepperoni, received two pepperoni pizzas . This was my first and last experience with this location. Upper management needs to address this store !!!!

Terrible. Little Caesars is the worst ordered on mobile app because nothing is ever hot and ready. 45 min later my order (2 regular pizzas) was finished then got hassled about if it was mine
