Every bad experience I’ve had with this company has been at this location. Always given them the benefit of the doubt. This last experience is definitely the one that will make me never return to this location. Ordered on the app about 10 minutes before I got to the store. Went inside to wait, the app said my order was being prepped. Stood there for about 45 minutes(yes this location is notorious for being slow) and finally got an update on the app saying my order was ready. Got up to the counter to collect my order and the guy is looking everywhere and couldn’t find my order. It was ordered at the correct location but his excuse to me was that it was such an old order that it must have gotten tossed…….which is odd because only seconds ago I was notified through the app that it was ready. Asked for a refund and I will never be back.

My order should’ve been ready at 6:15 and I didn’t walk out of there until 6:52. I stood in there waiting over 40 mins to be given the wrong pizza at 6:45. Walked right back in to find out one of the boxes that had been in the heater the entire time I was there was mine.

As of Sunday April 16th 2023. The two people who work there are absolutely lazy and unprofessional. I get it that it’s just a pizza place let alone a Little Caesar’s which isn’t known for having the best pizza in the world, but like come on bro. I waited about 10 minutes just for someone to even get my order and when they did call me up to ask what I wanted I could barely hear the dude. I was going to order a Hot & Ready pizza but the cashier had told me that it would be a 20-25 minute wait for a HOT AND READY, not a pizza that you have to cook and start from scratch. With that, I highly suggest to the manager to immediately fire them from that store. Thank you.

We have never had a bad pizza at the helotes location. ! Staff is very nice and place is clean they still wear masks too in the front and back. Pizza bread and 2 liter for 10 dollars and it was nice and hot when we got home as you can see the pizza never lasts when we get home !!! I’ve been to some dirty little Caesars but this one is clean and friendly! This is one we like to visit ! Price is super affordable and pizza is yummy and fresh everytime we get it !!! Helotes location is definitely the place to go!!!!

So I stopped to get a”hot n ready” before heading home after work and they were VERY busy. I have always loved the quick and very inexpensive pizza that is edible, but …. What I seen when I was waiting was disgusting. The guy that was packaging the pizza’s had allergies or was sick and kept sneezing, wiping his nose and not once stopped to wash his hands!!!! He wasn’t wearing gloves and didn’t stop for even hand sanitizer. Disgusting!!! OMG!!! I had already paid and I am not about causing a scene so I was in a pickle. I got my pizza, took it home and fed it to my animals as a treat. Will I go back? Never!!!!!

Eric was rude and they pizza was awful. I ordered my pizza at around 5:45. I got there 3 or 4 minutes later to ask if he could add crazy crust to my pizzas. I was supposed to pick it up at 6:18. He said ok so I paid the extra amount.(I paid online). He then proceeded to tell me my order was going to be 15 minutes AFTER my original time off 6:18. I asked if he already made my pizzas and he said no so I asked him why it was going to take an additional 15 minutes for an order he hadn’t even prepared. He answered..the labor. I was like are you serious???? It literally would take less than 30 seconds to put the butter and garlic crazy crust on my 4 pizzas… So I waited… I went over to the dollar store came back 10 minutes over the time he said it would be ready… I waited for a couple minutes and asked where my order was… He went to the back and I watched him make a pizza… It turned out to be my sausage pizza. I asked him if he just put in my pizza and he said yes that I’d have to wait ANOTHER 8 minutes… I was floored. He rudely said, you can wait or I can refund your order…twice he said that…. Another 2 customers said he was rude to them as well… They ordered after me and still received their order before me.when I got home this is what my sausage(or lack thereof) looked like…

No pizza. Close the store if you have to catch up on orders or hot/ready pizzas. Definitely close if there are mechanical issues. Instead of staying open and trying to explain to customers why there is no pizza ready in a pizza restaurant.

Tried calling in a order kept getting a fax tone, tried ordering online and app was down, went into the store and waited 30 min when the employee finally came to the front, he said they would not accept walk-in orders do you having other orders to fill, it would have been nice if they had a sign stating they were not taking in store orders before wasting people’s time.
