Ordered delivery. 3 items where not delivered with my order. Called in about the problem. Was put on hold. When the lady got back on the line she said they would discount my order by 50%. Would have been nice if she had even asked what I wanted. I WANTED the rest of my order, not a discount. As it is I don’t want the order at all with the missing items. I live about a 2-3 minute drive from the store. Why couldn’t they just send the missing items. Stick at home with kids and no vehicle. I think I’ll stick with Domino’s Pizza for delivery in the future. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.

Under staffed . So dont expect 5 stars. You’ll wait for your food it won’t be hot and ready . It will be late and raw. You can call a head but youll die on hold. Drive there tell them your on hold so they can pick up the phone and take your order it will be faster. Your welcome.

15-20min wait, closed drive thru, no Hot&Readys… 45 minutes later, juggling a hangry 3yr old, the 5 people who ordered after me in person leave before me & still no Cheese Xtra Most Bestest. When I ask about my order, it’s still not made. Conveniently enough, they fill the warmer w pizzas. So I ask for whatever is inside the warmer. A Pepperoni Xtra Most Bestest… or is it??? Cheese is practically burnt & the dough raw… HOW???!!! Nothing “Extra” or “Most Bestest” about this pizza. This team FAILED.

CALLED HERE AND TALKED TO 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE FOR THE DEAL I HAD SEEN ON THE WEBSITE. THE ONE MAN I SPOKE WITH SAID THEY ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH WHAT IS ON THE WEBSITE. THAT MAKES TOTALLY NO SENSE BECAUSE IT IS THE COMPANY WEBSITE. IF I HAD PAID FOR THE ORDER ONLINE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HONORED SO WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE? HE SAID HAD TO PLACE ME ON HOLD TO CHECK. WELL THAT DIDN’T WORK OUT AND THEN THE LINE BECAME DISCONNECTED. GO FIGURE. DEFINITELY NEED TO WORK ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASPECT OF THE JOB YOU CHOSE.

Ordered pizza and found a hair and pieces of paper in my pizza and the middle was watery. The chicken was literally under cook. And when I tried to call they would answer and hang up! When I did tell him and he said they did hang up.

Ordered a pizza and a crazy bread at 6 pm on a Wednesday. Took an hour for it to be done, but the order was honest and forecasted that long of a wait time. Got there, picked up via the pizza portal, but still had to ask for sauces. Crazy sauce cup was only half full–guessing someone didn’t want to make more and skimped on the serving. Docked a star for that.
