I ordered 2 pizzas and crazy bread and paid. The cashier said 5 minutes and they would bring it to me in the back parking lot. I park. The vehicle BEHIND me orders and either had a simple order or left after 5 minutes. I’m guessing they left because 2 more vehicles park in the back next to me. It’s been about 20 minutes and I was still patiently waiting…finally the cashier brings an order out to a vehicle that came AFTER me..I still waited..it wasn’t until I saw that the order they brought out wasn’t correct for that vehicle..so then they come to me and it wasn’t my order either. I waited about 5 more minutes before I decided to ask for a refund. When they opened the window Music was BLASTING. They were obviously chillin’ not remembering the 3 vehicles in the back. I won’t go into the attitude these KIDS had because LC’s doesn’t care as long they have bodies in uniforms. My biggest complaint is when the manager refunded my order she only did it for half of what I was charged! When I came back to explain this, more attitude and nerve to ask me for the receipt THEY JUST TOOK BACK FROM ME. So I asked for the manager and showed her my bank charge and she refunded the rest cash. It still hasn’t been refunded. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION IS THE OBVIOUS FROM ALL THESE REVIEWS. The Fair Avenue location is great and never this terrible.. I DON’T MIND WAITING, especially because I know no one wants to work these days but the training cannot be that complicated!

Came at 9:54 placed a order at drive thru, worker was already mad I placed my order they took over 20 minutes in drive through so I went to corner store down the street to put gas, came back at 10:17 and they were now closed even though they are supposed to be open until 11pm. Terrible customer service, needs new management.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered this pizza and unfortunately was not able to check it before I got home. I called and they told me they would write my name and number down and I would be able to return and receive a new pizza free of charge. I went in today and tried to explain to the manager the situation. Instead of checking for my name and number like they told me they would, he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me I took the pizza home and baked it. He said he would never send out a pizza this bad, but obviously that is not the case. Please consider doing quality checks on all pizzas, as this will save you money in the long run, my guy. Also fix your customer service or check your cameras before calling a customer a liar. Thanks. #extramostworstest 🙂

I wouldn’t even put a star but I had no other choice. The employees are trying to pass on a most bestest off as a classic pepperoni. Check your pizza before walking off. It happened 2 times to me. & had to wait 20mins for a regular classic pizza.

Manager Freddy Rodriguez is extremely vulgar and uses profanity to insult customers. He is going to provoke the wrong person one day if he doesn’t change his ways. His behavior is borderline psychotic, and to say he is unprofessional is an understatement. Avoid this location with its extremely poor staff at all costs. Worst customer service I have ever seen. BTW, Little Caesar’s apparently doesn’t care as it is known little Freddy is a problem child shuffled from store to store.

The level of disappointment with this establishments customer service is astounding. Upon speaking with one of the managers about the issues on my order we were met with attitude and accused of lying about the pizzas being incorrect. All we wanted was for our order to be corrected.
