Anytime I order early in the day the pizza is always stale and reheated. You would think if you order online it would be fresh. Called and they said I can come get two more but I would love if they would just throw old pizza out and start fresh in morning. Do not recommend during early opening hours 11-2

Went through the drive thru. I couldn’t tell if the guy at the window was high or just naturally slow. I had to wait about 10 minutes, which was fine. However, our pepperoni pizza was undercooked in the middle. The cheese also wasn’t melted. I threw it in the oven for another 5-10 minutes and it was good.

The young people that work there are so kind and efficient, I hope they’re paid well and fairly. The cashier is kind and polite and I don’t get cold pizzas like at other little Ceasars. That’s probably why it’s so busy here sometimes.

The pizza at little Caesar’s on fm 78. Is disgusting there was short black and curly hair in my pizza. Don’t know if it from a beard or what! They really unprofessional all of them work in crocs. And I saw no beard nets or hair nets.I Do not recommend on coming to this location ever again.

So I have noticed that the service has gone way south at this location as I used to visit this location on FM78 several times per week (for my son) and don’t any more! I’d prefer to drive to Walzem or Schertz locations if I need a LC pizza rather than go back to this one – ever. Firstly, this team is definitely a reflection of the manager, as I experienced his immature personality receiving a refund for my pizza when I explained it was rude of his drive thru team to be laughing at me and blaming each other for not taking my pizza out after 45 minutes! He said nothing – not one word to me, so I was just talking to myself – all this in front of other customers watching me in lobby. He just handed my receipt over .. such terrible customer service and he obviously doesn’t care for his repeat customers!

I walked in and I was the only customer in the lobby. The cashier was messing with something at the register for a couple minutes and then just walked away without greeting or saying one word to me. I didn’t see or hear from anyone for another 7 minutes. Someone finally took my order for just 1 hot and ready. The pizza was somewhat warm, super stale, low cheese, and deflated crust that looked and tasted about 5 hours old. I would have brought it back, but with the customer service here, I figured they probably would have just spit in my next pizza. Never going here again.

I arrived at this location around 12p. on Friday, April 14, 2023, to order a few pizzas. When I walked in, there was one gentleman sitting in the lobby, and there was one car in the drive-thru. I literally stood in the lobby area for about 3 minutes. Not one of the employees came out to ask if I needed help, to take my order, nothing.
