Went through the drive-through got a cheese pizza with onions, green peppers and jalapeños, was told to pull around to the front, as we’re waiting 3 cars pull up and 2 people walk in, still waiting….they bring out the pizza for the cars after us and the people walk out with their pizza, so I get off and employees don’t even ask me if they could help me, wait for 5 more mins after bringing it to their attention, just to open it at home to have pepperoni on it. I’m vegetarian. Never ordered pepperoni and it’s not on the receipt. Employees act like they could care less, they need more training on customer service *a lot more*. So after waiting 50 minutes for a pizza, getting forgotten about, and then it has something on it i can’t even eat and DIDNT ORDER..I’m never coming here again. If I could rate this place a 0 star I would.

I went to this location which was different from my usual (Tezel and Culebra). I get all the way home open my box and this was the hardest pizza I’ve ever purchased. It felt like a frisbee with pepperonis on it. I was so upset, this was a disruption to my quality time with my children. The crust was burnt and we couldn’t even enjoy it. To make it worse the location to far to go back to. I was so disappointed and very much so inconvenienced. I will not go here again!

I should’ve left a review on the day that I went to this location but I honestly forgot. But I wanted to say that when I did go, I was stuck waiting in the front lobby for 30 minutes for one pizza! I could tell that most of the workers we’re not in a good mood, and we’re obviously stressed out, and I do remember the one worker I kept on seeing the most was a woman wearing cat ears

Went thru drive thru ordered a cheese,bell pepper onion and jalepeno. I got that plus pepperoni half way home noticed it, called waited 49 minutes. They said i have bring the reiceipt back. I spent ten minutes on hold zero for customer help.

I felt badly for the manager having to work with what she’s got, I saw the window order taker EATING PIZZA FROM A BOX IN THE KITCHEN!!! I got a pic of him doing so while I was waiting in line at the drive thru waiting on my pick up that unfortunately had been paid for already. When I got to the window, I asked for the manager, and told her what I had just saw; and the person in front of me had just saw and why they had pealed off in a hurry before their order was paid for…Wish I’d been so lucky, well then Edgar Ingram Marbach ie order taker heard me talking with the manager about what everybody had witnessed and asked for pics of the offense, yeah no…. I’m going to be graceful enough to not share on such a public forum/review site. I had my 8 year old baby girl just getting of gymnastics and I wasn’t going to stick around and hear another word of genius from E.I.M and get her upset so I left without any resolution but I hope that there’s lessons learned all around, like I won’t be going back and hopefully someone else will learn the hard way to never pay ahead

I use to dread going to this location because every employee I have experienced there had am awful attitude and would constantly get my order wrong but tonight my mom and I met this very attentive and polite man named Cameron. He works the night shift. He was incredibly friendly and actually got my order right. I’m only leaving this review for him honestly because he’s amazing.
