Their payment processing machine had to be reset twice, and the third time I paid with cash. The guy didn’t accept payment until the system was back on. Then when they had the order ready the kid asked if I had paid for the order. Just insulting to me, like I am going to rip them off. Wings weren’t cooler enough and too soggy. Staff has a lot of tattoos, long hair, piercings. I won’t be going back. I was concerned the credit card reader was going to steal my credit card information.

The BEST location in San Antonio!! Every time I order pizza from this location, the service is Outstanding and the pizza is exactly how I ordered when I use the online portal. I live 76 miles from San Antonio and when I order my pizzas, I will drive the extra miles just to pick up my order. The customer service is #1!! Highly recommend this location!!

Ordered delivery online. Received a text that it would be through Doordash even though Little Caesars website did not mention that. Another text said it would be contactless even though I chose hand it to me and it said that on receipt. Another text then said order was modified or canceled with no reason provided. I then called store and no answer. 0 stars.
