Ordered 1 hot and ready with light sauce. Only 1 person here ordering other than myself. Sat in my car for 20min. Come back inside and after another 5 min they asked me what I was waiting on. I told them. They were all man, like they forgot. Been waiting another 15min still. No one said anything about the wait or apologize or anything. The girl who took my order is here on the phone.

I don’t go to Little Caesars often but, at times it’s convenient. I stopped by the Robstown location a few months ago and ordered pizza and crazy bread. The crazy bread was raw however the pizza was fine. I figured it was an accident and shrugged it off. I got the same thing today at the same location and had the same experience. Pizza was fine but crazy bread looked like it could’ve stayed in longer.

Never have we waited so long for this place to get our order ready for us. We waited for 45 minutes and it was really packed. People were already waiting for 45 minutes by the time we arrived. The lady at the front was really rude and the manager didn’t seem to know what he was doing as his employees were recommending things for him to do. One lady told him to not tell her what to do after he had asked them politely to get the front in order. Overall this was the absolute worst experience we have ever had at this particular little Caesar’s store. In all honesty they all need to be fired due to their lack of professionalism.
