2 tie this week we have had horrible service Monday 8/7/23 order 2 hot and ready and a order of heart attack crazy bread guy came back saying no crazy bread it would be 20 minutes pizza dough was not ready had a horrible crust pizza was cold it was about 2 p m paid 14 97 ….. took a chance today 8/11/23 went through drive thru the sales person ask what can get for you I started my order and she said I can’t hear you so again I repeat my order and she says I’ll take care of you at the window ….I get to window and she say what did you order and again I repeat my order she yells at me I can’t hear you so I speak louder and she says we don’t have thin and crispy and stated it will be 20 minutes so I said I’ll wait then she say again repeat your order 2 hot and ready pepperoni 1 thin and crispy since I have to wait I’d like it without sauce and heart attack order of crazy bread rudest person ever I did state sorry your busy its not my fault she said it’s not my fault either so I said can you stop with the bad attitude and she yelled my total so I waited 25 minutes and the pizzas was burned and crazy bread was burned too …guess I’ll be taking my business eles where …I get it customer service is a job if your not fit for it find something that would make you happy I have 20 plus years working in customer service.

employees have no hospitality at all, everyone looks miserable, don’t know how to cook pizza nor crazy bread. both burnt , asked for another crazy bread still got the same burnt batch, i just wanted my moneys worth, wasn’t worth it obviously! would you buy this? i think not!

They updated the hotn ready pizza from $6.83 to $7.35 I’ve seen them improve since on service my last review so I’m satisfied only 2 things I just suggest working on the structure and faster service

Order the pizza with onions did not detect any onionsbone-in wings were the worst I ever had I only ate half of one out of an order of eight marinara sauce is always warm at this place it’s never kept cool. Ranch dip is the worst also warm not kept cool and it smells outdated.

The worst experience I have ever had was today 4/7/23 @ 5:42pm. I placed an online order (mobile app) tracked my order, waited for the it’s ready and get to the restaurant and the girl working the drive thru was very rude pulls us forward after 4 cars go around me with their orders I get out an ask about my order and the girl at the window tells me that my order is in the oven. I said but yall updated my app tracker saying it’s ready, to witch she responds with “I’m going to get my manager to deal with you.” Worst customer service I have ever had at any store. The manager comes, Alex, and tells me oh the system this or that and we are short staffed but 2 more cars had went by in my time waiting for the manager to come out. A total of 6 cars went by me while I was waiting, it didn’t seem like a lack of staff. I will drive across town to avoid this location. Save yourself and go ANYWHERE ELSE!

My wife ordered pizza online, a little over 40 dollars worth, she went to go pick up at the alloted time, when she gets there her order is not ready, she has to wait an additional 20 min, when she gets home all the pizza’s were trash! She went back to see if they could make it right, they gave her a refund with attitude and closed window. 8/31/2023 7pm
