Picked up two pizzas from this store, headed to a picnic on the beach. Get there to open the box and the pizza is not sliced. I call, and tell the person who answers the situation. She correctly guesses which pizza it was when she said “it was the pretzel stuffed crust, right?” I confirm, and she lets me speak to the manager. Manager asks if I can bring the pizza in to be sliced. I respond that I am not near enough to them for that to be practical. They ask what I would like for them to do, and I suggest replacing the pizza for me on the way back into town the following day, to which they respond, exasperated “you want a whole other pizza because that one wasn’t sliced?”. To be frank, replacing an order that was botched sufficiently to be impractical to eat seems perfectly reasonable and a common practice to me. I was irritated by the managers condescending tone, so I simply said to forget it, and hung up the phone.

Called at least 15 times to place and order no one answered and twice they hung up on me( we were driving from San Benito so we figured it be enough time to place an order and it be ready) Figured they were busy so we stopped by. 1 cashier at the front called for “albert” (either the manager or supervisor)who was walking@ with a tablet just letting the phone ring and ring. Cashier didn’t know how to cancel orders as a customer went to pay and they “didn’t have change” so he said he would pay with card and she didn’t know how to cancel it. Another customer a woman who was pretty upset asked for her order because she had been waiting over 30 minutes and the cashier had the nerve to give her attitude. We left after what we witnesses because there was no way i was waiting over 30 minutes.Worst service so far and i dont see it getting better unless they have proper training.

Everything in this store is fine. the bad thing is that you cannot order online. I always get an error and can’t use my coupons for free stuff. I dislike this store. at other Brownsville stores if I can order.

Ordered online to pickup inside at the self check in with the code because it was for my son’s birthday. I got an alert it was ready as I always do. I pulled up and there were 7 cars in the drive thru and saw a sign on the door saying “short staffed, go through the drive thru”. We waited over 30 minutes to get our pizza and saw 4 people working inside. It would’ve been a lot easier to hand out the pizza orders that preordered and chose to pickup inside. They could’ve stood at the door and handed us our orders versus making us wait through the extremely long line. Our pizza was quite gross compared to normal times. They could’ve informed us ahead of time that we had to wait in line or done things a little different. The line was 14 cars long by the time I left and many of them preordered just like I did.

Hot and ready soooo worth 6 bucks, however they totally messed up my kids end of year 10 pizzas and 6 bread sticks and 5 wings that were prepaid!!!!! I had to go all the way to Brownsville off Alton glore….much better service on short notice

Ordered on the app, went to pick up at the time indicated. Pizza not ready, was told to park and wait. Due to a Dr office now in the plaza there are no parking spaces, they need to designate spots for little caesars. Waited and waited. It took AN HOUR to get my two pizzas. Ridiculous!!!

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza they ran out of salt. Took my order my money and never told me. I looked no salt and asked where’s the salt oh we ran out of salt sorry. How do you run out of salt when you have a Walmart right next to you??!!!!!! Bad business!

The store is really small, space is limited to people only ordering out. There is a drive thru but it’s not the greatest. It’s very narrow to drive through. And the window is hard to show up next to as you turn to it. You’ll be far from the window unless you have a big truck. So getting off the car is a better option maybe faster too. As to my food I got it was Hot and Ready.
