I ordered a pizza through the drive thru and was told it would be a 10 minute wait and to park in the front. Normally they walk out and hand you your pizza as soon as it’s ready but this location kept me waiting for over half an hour outside. I finally went inside to ask about my order and they said they no longer go outside to hand you your pizza due to an incident they once had. I said they should have made that clear before I wasted so much time waiting. I was never given an apology, the manager never came to speak with me and I was not offered anything to retain me as a customer. I returned the pizza and asked for a refund, again, nobody tried to help and turn the situation around, no one cared that I was clearly an unhappy customer who had a bad experience. Bad management at this location and terrible customer service, will never come back. 0 stars.

I ordered at 3pm. It was scheduled for 330pm the latest 345pm. I got there at 330pm. I witnessed them put orders in the portal but for a david. I waited. By 4pm. No order had to talk to them. Not once did they ask me do you need help. I ordered the extra most and they gave me a classic. On top it I never got my email that my order was ready for pick up.

What’s going on Little Caesar’s? Taking more than 25 in line for cold pizza. Had never had this issue before. If you ask for a special pizza they make you get back on the drive thru line. Before it was brought out to us. Didn’t take more than 1 minute to do so. Yea we can get down but there’s also a long line inside.

Got sick myself and my kids ended up with a stomach virus after buying and eating the pizza that day service was horrible had to get out of line because they wouldn’t take a 50 dollar bill had to walk to the heb next door and wait in line at the cash register for 20 minutes to break the 50 then had to wait 20-30 minutes at the little Caesars to pay for what to get sick myself and kids horrible experience honestly gave one star because you can’t give 0 stars

The one in Conway and 495 is the worse one we have ever been. Ordered cheese bread sticks and they were hard and no cheese in them. And the pizza hardly had any cheese either. We had already bought there some time back and it was the same thing, we completely forgot how bad that location is
