Our pizza was late and burnt. We ate it because we didn’t really have a choice. I feel bad for the guy working there. Management… you know exactly what you’re doing. You know this place makes money. You’re abusing the guy working there. It’s always the same dude. Dealing with the worst level of humans. Make sure to come strapped when you pick up your pizza, you might need it.. and dress down, because I haven’t seen it yet but I’m pretty sure chances of you being robbed are at least 50%.

Told to wait 30 min ended up waiting an hour. My cheese bread is burnt. The place is run by a bunch of what look like meth heads. Even seen some staff outside playing on phones in between taking orders. This location needs to be shut down

Terrible. Will never go to this location again. What’s worse than getting the wrong order? How about them charging people for pizza but when you show up, they’re closed. Why take peoples money and allow them to place online orders only for it to not even be open. Monday, august 7th a little after 5 pm, I placed an in store pickup l. I never got an email saying my pizza was ready but came at the estimated time they gave me when they processed my payment. Other people came to the door which all of them were locked. Drive thru wasn’t running. Looked through the windows and it was dark, no lights or ovens on. No one was answering the phone so I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. I love little Caesar’s but be careful not to order here!! First time this has ever happened, never risking this place robbing me again

Service at this location was bad. Speaker doesn’t work had to order at window. Then was told it was gonna be a 10 minute wait for stuff crust, that’s understandable. 20 minutes later still waiting, had to get back in line at the drive thru cause they had the doors locked. A few customers walked away cause they weren’t able to enter. But there were kids in the lobby running around in diapers. And by the time we got up to the window the second time our pizza was by the window cold.

Placed a take out order and on my way to the restaruant my tired got a flat so I was late to picking up the pizza. When I arrived, they refused to give my order even though I already paid for it and they “claimed” I had to pay a late fee of $45. I paid cash and saw the gentleman pocketed the money and finally gave my order. Really disappointed how this establishment was ran and service towards the customer. And what pizza place charges a “late pick up fee” for pizzas already paid for? Never coming to this place again.

I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust, was in a rush back home so I didn’t check inside the box. It was normal stuffed crust which isn’t too bad but a bit disappointing. However the crust had an extremely odd metal like taste we tried calling so many times and no answers the phone. Just take your service to another little ceasars

I ordered online a stuffed crust pizza then wound up not getting it and didn’t know that till I got home. Tried calling to correct it and notify them of the mistake nobody answered. No one ever answers the phone when I call this location ever.

Do not rely on the app’s live tracking to track your order. Use the estimate times. Mine said still baking when it had been finished for a while. The workers were very cool about it, explained that the app sometimes doesn’t work right and even remembered the sauces.

Not single time I’ve visited this location has been decent or average in any regard. You ALWAYS must wait an extended period in the drive through at this location. Waiting greater than 20 minutes after ordering a single pizza is the standard. There does not appear to be a queue system used by the employees to keep track of orders or customers. The pizza is also less tasty than other Little Caesar’s locations, while being considerably more expensive as well. Overall, bad operations.
