Man. I thought I was making it easier by ordering online and paying in advance. The app said it would be ready 20 minutes later. But, when I arrive, they say they are barely putting it in the oven. So I wait. And wait. And wait. Finally get a notice that it’s ready…..almost an hour after I ordered it. And I wasn’t the only one waiting. Not sure what’s going on at this location. But it is very slow.

I use to like it when I would order the $5 Classic Pepperoni Pizzas even if I had to wait for it because they only have the $6 pizzas ready to go; I didn’t mind the wait at all because I would always get it freshly made and well made every single time. Lately I don’t get the same service, I don’t know if it’s because of a new management or short of employees; but I really hope they can give better quality on the pizzas like it use to be. Now I have only received really dry pizzas with little to no tomato sauce, dried up tomato sauce, lots of bubbles on it, with little to no toppings on several slices of the pizza, a lot of thick crust almost half of the pizza and even though I have to wait a very long time for the $5 Classic Pepperoni pizzas they are still not freshly made when I receive it. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product and as well as the customer service.
