Had a bad experience. Ordered a large Ultimate supreme and was charged $18.87 just because I ordered it thin crust. I was charged for the thin crust then I was charged for each individual topping which came out to the total I was charged. Another man came in after me ordered a large Ultimate supreme and wings and was charged way less than me. I asked the manager in charge if he had charged me correctly and he proceeded to tell me he had. I told him it was ridiculous the amount I had been charged and he just said oh well. Just lost my business for sure.

Their thin crusts are great and the employees are always very nice. The drive through menu and order board don’t work and the wait times are terrible and trying to get someone to answer the phone for An order is nearly impossible.

The drive through was the only thing open and I was still in line 30 minutes after the mobile order said it was ready, but they still hadn’t finished it. They asked me to pull around because part of my order was not ready but would be in 2 minutes and I did, only to sit there for 20 minutes and then get told to get back in line. I waited on my order 1.5 hours after it said it was ready. To top it off while I was in line the same thing happened to someone else but they were given their food after about 5 minutes.

They take forever!! The drive through should be for orders to be picked up not for an order to be placed and then stay parked there until the order is ready. They are super slow.
