I used to love this Little Ceasars cause they made the best pizza in town, and it slightly cheaper. Today I was extremely disappointed, they disappointed me last time but I thought I would give it a second chance (BTW I need to drive 20mins to get to this location and its too far for delivery) they no longer put butter on Stuffed crust, and when you ask for it they get mad and charge you $2 for it. $2 for some butter! How ridiculous. And look at the pizza I got today, this was supposed to be a treat cause I passed my exam in college. This does not look nothing like what used to get. This is not worth my 20min drive and $10. There’s literally not even cheese in there. What the hell kind of breadsticks are these.

The employee named D is so helpful and kind! Honestly this is the best little caesars that I have been too. Everyone in there is receptive to my order, I’ve never had any issues, their wait times are accurate. I always make the extra drive to order here. D definitely defines the ultimate customer service though, 1 up to management, he is outstanding. Thanks D!

What can I say.? This is place really needs some TLC. From my first review several years ago, of this place to this recent review, not much has changed. The kiosk, for pick up was not working, the guy at the register finally showed up, for what was at least 12 minutes, and then the pizza was wrong. I pay full price online and they totally forget half of what of my order! What kind of person forgets half the order. Thin crust, Italian sausage, and Bacon! It’s not that hard….. I’m done. Just go to Sam’s club up the street on Ross and get the pizza there, it is made right, cheaper, and they taste better.

Ordered a hula Hawaiian and only half the pizza had ham and pineapple while the other half was cheese. Some of the pizza didn’t even have the toppings on it at all. We also got some crazy bread and they weren’t cooked all the way. Plus we didn’t get any sauce that we were supposed to get. Normally this location is good but this is not acceptable. I get people are short staffed but things like this should not happen.

Just went in to Little Caesars off of 34th & Ross and got a pepperoni stuff crust pizza and this is what they gave me. All the center of the pizza was burned with no sauce, toppings, nothing. I’m not going to waste more gas going all the way back to complain. I’ll just eat the crust and not go back. It’s my fault too, should have inspected my order before leaving.

Horrible customer service, literally have waited over 45 minutes the last two times I have been there. Sat in the lobby and watched as people come in and give them there orders as soon as they take them, then apologize cause they handed out my order cause they can’t keep track of what’s going on. The lady in the kitchen was just laughing and saying she didn’t know where the pizza were when they asked for them.There was a gentleman that ordered 4 pepperonis before me had to bring them back cause they weren’t cooked. Watched as they took them told them to put them back in the oven!!!! Seriously the product left the store and you take it back in the kitchen and put it in the oven. Really use to like this place but it’s time to find a new pizza place just horrible!!!!

This is one of the best locations with good food. They have great workers and I have watched them working really hard trying to get orders out. Every restaurant/fast food place has their issues & those of you that complain so much do not have to be so rude. They do their best with the crew they have and if you can’t be patient or somewhat KIND if you have an issue then why don’t you try working in their place sometime. I challenge you. ATLEAST be adult enough to be civil.
