Pulled up to order and waited at the window with no customer service for 10 min. Got blocked in with the car in front of me and one behind me. Tried calling tons of times to get a response. Tried even ordering online on the app. No go. Finally got my order in 20 minutes later thay brought my order out and it was way wrong. Asked to get a refund but manager was not around to do it. Still to this day haven’t even received a call back. Food is usually good but when it’s not your order is when it becomes a problem.

I have attempted, numerous times, to use this LC location for food. Every time I have been here during non-rush hours, they fail to have any pizzas ready. There are never more than 2 people working in the store. On one occasion, I placed an order online for pickup. I waited until the system stated that the order was ready to pick it up. Upon arrival, the workers stated that my order was still on the board and had not been made yet. I then waited 45 minutes for my order. I was offered free sauce to right the problem. This time, I ordered directly through the LC app for a delivery. After waiting 30 minutes, I was notified that the order was cancelled. I called the Delivery Hotline and spoke to a man who barely spoke english. He told me that the store had handed my order to the wrong delivery driver which caused the order to be cancelled. He then stated that this was the store’s mistake; though I was responsible for righting the problem and requesting a refund and re-ordering if I choose. Needless to say this is the last time I will use the Frankford location.

Rude Mexican girl . I walked in to get my portal order and I yelled 3 times to get their attention the two girls were eating in the back ,so I can get my cheese sauce. The Mexican girl walked over with attitude I said I yelled 3 times no one heard me she started laughing I said so sad you have to work here stop stuffing your face and pay attention to the customers. Just spent an hour in the drive thru, they never gave the person at the window any food. The employees were just standing by the window waiting for customers to drive off. This is the 2nd night in a row the service was like this. The whole night shift needs to be fired. If I could give negative stars I would.
