Great window service but the only time that I use the pizza portal I called before arriving to make sure my order was ready. I was told it was then I got there and it was not ready. Once it was ready you can hear manager and assistant manager or managers bickering about my order. Very poor customer service with the lunch crew I usually order in the afternoons big thumbs up to the employees in the afternoon.

They never have anything ready. The staff show they don’t really care. They tell you they can have order ready in 20 mins. They made me wait an hour and it was still not ready. They “forgot” . This place is a joke. Makes you wonder what they really do to your food. I think it’s probably more sanitary to lick the pavement.

They never answer the phone. If you walk in there you’ll think a effing ghost cuz they’ll walk right past you. No eye contact, no “I’ll be with you in a second.” Nothing. I’d rather drive to North County Rd instead of dealing with this location, which is a min from my place. Zero customer service, unless you know some one who works there. They obviously are making pizza for someone.

This is the WORST little Cesar’s out of Odessa. Pizza is undercooked, & not cut properly. They’re never open when they need to be open. Lobby is ALWAYS close during business hours not to mention how rude and terrible customer service is.

4 employees gave eye contact that I was at the window to order, Yet no one came. I waited while 3 people were standing around. They would peek to see if I was still there. I waited a little longer and finally decided to leave. I pulled up &I waited to see if they would get the car behind. They didnt.

When i pay for pizza I expect there to be sauce on it. Always something wrong every time I come here, which is few and far between. But every once in awhile I try it out thinking that maybe things have changed. I guess in that respect this place did not disappoint. It’s just too bad that it doesn’t every other aspect.

They don’t answer their phone….. Maybe it’s cuz they owe me a paycheck but maybe I don’t get one cuz they didn’t even have me in the system it’s okay I’m sure the labor board will help me. And maybe the health department for other reasons. I’ll be making phone calls tomorrow
