At this location, the worker lied to us and told us that they didn’t have the 5 or 6 dollar hot n ready pizzas, but only had the thin crust extra pepperoni deal for a dollar more after getting home realizing we had just been lied to. We in fact did not receive the thin crust but 3 of the hot n ready. Not cool on his part.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. I’ve never before been to a Little Caesars so horrid. The customer service is awful, and the time estimates given are completely inaccurate just to get what you did NOT order. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for ONE pizza and the location isn’t even busy! At all!

I ordered a special (Shown in pictures) and with the extra cheese should not have totaled $17.04. It should have been $12.72 including tax at most. I asked why the price difference. They said they don’t have that promotion at this store. It was on their drink case. An employee earlier in the night also told me that the price should be around $12 so I don’t understand how they can say they don’t have that special. I understand it’s less than $5 but every penny counts. This is a splurge right now for me. I didn’t even get snippy until he got an attitude and apparently lied and said we don’t have that here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The General Manager Cesar was very rude. I went to see what happened to my order because I had not received a notification that it was ready. It had been 45 minutes. I walked in and asked what happen to my order. Cesar responded very condescending and said he didn’t see me and my order had been ready a long time ago. No apologies. I showed him my app on my phone where the track my order page is. It showed “in the oven” He continued to say that the order was ready but now speaking to me in Spanish. He then began to cuss me out and I asked why he was speaking to me that way and in Spanish. He said they it’s his choice, which ok fine but you are not going to disrespect me and cuss me out in any language. I asked him for his corporate number and he said he was not going to give it to me. I let him know that’s ok I’ll search for it on my phone and make the call. He then got on the phone to call the police. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION. For Cesar to be a General Manager and represent this company is awful.

Worst customer service EVER!!! The cashier guy was so rude and the girl manager was too shy to even step up to her position. I kept trying to talk to the manager and the guy would talk over her. I ordered a classic $7 pizza and added two toppings. When I picked it up, they charged me $12 AND the pizza was not a 14” pizza. The crust looked like a thin crust and was just not how I’ve picked up pizzas at other Little Caesars locations before. The guy refused to help or apologize for any inconvenience and kept telling me I was wrong. Seriously, no customer served whatsoever. Never coming back here again. Not worth my money
