Stopped by yesterday to pick up some pizzas and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Miguel. The customer service from this employee was EXCEPTIONAL!! Went to this Little Caesars at 8 PM ordered too hot and ready and one Hawaiian pizza got home ready to eat dinner and to my surprise the pizza was burnt and they had giving me the wrong order called the manager Miguel Garcia explained to him what our situation. Had to drive back to the little Caesars, which is 15 minutes away from my house. When I got there, he was very rude and told me he was going to replace a pizza but one. He didn’t apologize and was basically laughing throughout our whole conversation. Will never be going back to that little Caesars. It seem to me like they gave us leftover pizza from the morning.

I always order 3 meat treat no sausage replace it with ham and 3 liter Pepsi. Every time I go, I know something will go wrong with the order. It’s elementary skills of listening. Either I’ll get the the pizza with sausage or I won’t get the Pepsi. I wish they would repeat the order back, knowing it was taken correctly, instead they tell me to pull up to the window to pay. One final note, why is the crazy bread and the sauce sold separately?

The crew tonight absolutely slaughtered our order. Due to my son’s disability, his sensory has issues with overcooked food. So I order everything specially. I don’t even know how to describe this… This is just 1 of the disasters I got. No apology, no offer from them to remake.

Go to any place but here, they take years to make the food, they also never update the app either! I placed and order online because I don’t want to wait in the store for 30 minutes, but over an hour later I go there and find out the food was already done. These kids are trying to cheat the system or something to pretend they are working but I saw them outside playing around.

I had to wait a while before anyone would come to the front to help me. I ordered the Extramostbestest and it came with less cheese than a normal pizza. The guy barely spoke English so we had a hard time communicating but I know I paid for the more expensive kind of pizza.

This the worst little Ceasar in El Paso Redd and Resler. Rude employees with no common sense this is a photo of my well done crazy bread as you can see it’s flat with no cheese awful just bad service.I called back and the manager told me I can come pick up a fresh batch when I had it delivered when I showed up she said I would have to wait for it to bake. Terrible. Ordered a pizza at 9:03 pm. Picked it up almost half an hour later. The employ literally got a pizza from a heating rack and stuck the order ticket on the box, which was already rounded on the bottom. I opened it up and the pizza looked like it was made earlier that day. I didn’t want to make a fuss as it was already late and I had things to do. I will never return. If the employees don’t want to work they should be let go.
