Our pizza was old or from an earlier time of the day and our bread sticks weren’t cooked all the way they were doughy. Horrible pizza! It was very burnt… the kids that work there always give poor service and don’t know how to make the food there. I’ll be buying my pizza from another establishment from now on. What a disappointment….waste of money. If I could rate zero stars I would do it in a heart beat….

We had a terrible experience not only one day last week but 2 times. On Wednesday (1/25) we placed an order online, we drive up to the drive thru at 10:25pm and it said it was closed. When clearly their hours state they are open until 11pm. So decided to go inside the location but the doors were closed. Meanwhile there’s two kids in the back hiding. Our second time was on Sunday (1/29). Same situation, we placed our order through the application, we get there, drive through closed. But the only thing was it was 9:20pm and again their hours are state they close at 11pm. And guess what it was the same two kids hiding in the back wanting to get paid but not do their job. So we get out, knock on the door, and nothing. But this time they decided to put a sign on the door saying drive thru only. So we go through the drive again and same thing. They didn’t pick up the phone during our two occasions either.

This was the worst little Caesars I’ve had. The dough wasn’t fully cooked. The dough on the cheese sticks were not fully cooked. Yet the food looked fully cooked. The dough was thinner than usual. Almost as if the oven temp was higher than normal and the belt speed is faster. I was very disappointed.

dismissive staff, usually takes orders but doesn’t follow through. They would rather dismiss the every customer within the last 30 minutes rather than fill orders that were placed. I understand its hard and tiring to close at times; but following through with orders till close is usually the business standard.

the guy was on his phone and didn’t know what he was doing. i ordered 1 pizza and a coke and he came out with 2 pizzas no coke, when i asked for the coke he said “que” while on the phone. horrible service and very slow

They served my burnt pizza to go. So I had to go back. And the kid tells me it’s not burnt it’s baked. I told him no I want another pizza he got mad. Slamming things around. These young kids to should take their job seriously. There is never a manager and everyone is on their phones when u walk in. They hire young kids they aren’t responsible. Need to hire adults not KIDS

Ordered online and when we got there at the time it said our order was supposed to be ready they told us to wait a few minutes. Well we ended up waiting 30 min after our order was supposed to be ready to find out our order had not even been started.
