HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD!!! i ordered my food for take out. they take forever around 20-25 minutes just for a single pizza that they should already have been ready (i ordered online) not to mention i wait for this pizza and it comes out raw, the crust is at the bottom is absolutely white pepperoni isn’t even crunchy. service was rude, and unhygienic. they didn’t even use gloves and were on their phone the whole time didn’t even pay attention to the pizza. i had places to be that’s why i ordered online my expectation was that the pizza would be ready when i got there, but it wasn’t and they made me wast a total of almost 30 minutes just for a single supreme pepperoni pizza. absolutely unsatisfied not to mention the cashier lesly S. was absolutely completely disrespectful and didn’t listen to their customers request. she told me to go wait in the parking spot and immediately went back on her phone. nothing was crispy i would not recommend this little ceasers from horizon

I never have high expectations for places like these. Pizza wasn’t bad though. Don’t know why but it’s very addictive. Bestest wasn’t extra or most bestest. It looked like just a regular pizza. A little more attention to detail on the specialty pizzas and this place would be much better!

They contentiously give me thin crust hot and ready when i order, Extra Most Bestest. When you order with the online app they are supposed to make the Pizza fresh at that time so that is is fresh when you get there to pick it up. The staff at this Little Ceasars just grabs what ever they have and slaps your order on it. They have done this consistently. I first thought they where just busy and let it go, but this is every time now; not just a one off mistake, When shown the difference between the picture on the sign of what I ordered and what they keep giving me. They refuse to correct the issue just tell me that I can order form somewhere else if i don’t like it.

They will not give u the store manager nor their district managers number so they don’t get penalized. At the end of the day it’s customer satisfaction. From a 1 to 10 they get a 0 from me .
