Placed order online. They didn’t have it ready. Supposed to be ready from 7:48-7:53. Showed up at 810. Ok no problem. They said what’s the order I tell em what it was. 5 mins later they give me the order. I didn’t check it. Bring the pizza home and find out they just added the toppings raw. I asked for “well done” on the app. I also asked for pretzel crust and pizza sauce. Didn’t get that either. The manager didn’t even have the balls to tell me to my face. No stones on this man. There’s a problem you face it like a man. Respectfully say “we messed up we didn’t see it we’ll take care of it” Shame

I ordered a few things tonight and they got 2 of my items wrong wouldn’t be as mad if the total from what I paid vs what I got wasn’t more than a $15 difference. Ordered a sausage pizza and got a burnt pepperoni, I also ordered a large order of crazy bread and got 2 burnt cheese stuffed ones. Tried calling and no one answered the phone at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

I pre-ordered pizza once and they told me 30 mins so i went to the store and came back after 45 mins and the pizza still wasn’t ready but others that just walked in got their pizzas right away. I recently called to place an order…me & my sister called from different phones and a Spanish speaking lady answered the phone and because we didn’t speak Spanish she kept hanging up on us. This isn’t a Mexican restaurant and she had English speaking customers/employees so i didn’t understand the logic behind it but after 2 strikes i won’t be back…

Pre Placed order didn’t get it till an HOUR later. There were 10 people waiting inside nothing was ready. Walked in 45 after placing she asked what name and said oh let me put it in. Employee was rude just giving out pizzas so we could leave didn’t care about any extra items. Pizza was poorly cut. Manager was no where to be found just one girl and one cook doing orders that didn’t even exists.

Nope!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!…. Coldest, hardest ‘Hot and Ready’, EVER !! …And those prices for THAT quality?!?!? If you ever want to buy any other pizza that’s not hot and ready expect to wait over an hr for it. When you place the order on the app it says it’s will be ready in 35 minutes, but it never is. They also fail on completing the order leaving items out. Tried giving this place a second chance, but they continue to disappoint. Management needs to keep up with promised time or close to it. Just go to dominos or papa John for a better experience.
