Use to love this location but the food started to get worse. Cant believe this is considered a “Deep Dish.” Nothing but sauce, the dough felt very undercooked and everything just fell out once I took a bite. I’m actually very upset. I used to love Little Caesars, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again.

I called about a coupon I was emailed (2 pizzas for $12) and was dismissed (immediately) the manager didn’t even hear my question. Which was, “do I need to order online or can I order over the phone with the code?” She just said, “we don’t do that here.” I had to call a different location and speak to a different manager (who was extremely nice) and explained the coupon to me. I unfortunately had to order from the original (sad for an excuse) Little Cesars Pizza location. Just like I assumed, their pizza was worse than their customer service. I had such a horrible experience with this location. I will NEVER forget this interaction or the cold, hard, and burnt pizza.

Went yesterday 4/1/2023 walked in and no one acknowledged me standing at the register for a good five minutes someone finally came to help me I ordered a pretzel pizza two dips and a cheesy bread the girl informed me that they didn’t have any cheesy bread ready so I said ok that’s fine I’ll wait she said it would be about 5 to 6 minutes I waited for a while and someone else walked in they too waited a good 4 or 5 minutes before someone came to the front to take their order finally when I got my pizza I was in a hurry to get home because the traffic gets really bad where I live they are doing a lot of construction anyway I’m mid drive home and I took for granted that they put the dips in the pizza box or something they didn’t and I wasn’t going to go back for two dips they didn’t give me napkins and didn’t ask if I wanted crushed red pepper or parmesan or anything paid 19$ and very unhappy with the experience won’t be going back for a while unless they change their ways

Ok first the classic pizza is offer at 5.55 +tax total $6.01 now they are stealing your money and charge you $6.48 that’s mean they make ilegal Ku Pay 6.48 instead of $6.01 . Megan definitely needs to be sat down and explained with colors what she is supposed to do in customer service and what the point of online ordering is. arriving 15 min after my second notice my pizza was ready i still waited an additional 20 min to get a a pile of slop anytime u ask Megan a question she freezes like a toddler caught doing something bad and then struggles to tell u she knows nothing i get the employee shortage but wow i would use some amount any amount of common sense when filling a position just cause their is an option doesn’t mean it’s the right one and clearly their was many in the promotion process i gave a homeless man the pizza he fed it to his two puppies the frozen pizza from Walgreens was way more then what i got from u
