I came in yesterday and ordered two pizzas online. I ordered a pretzel crust with cheese sauce. And ened up with a regular pepperoni pizza I also ordered a veggie because a vegetarian on my house, and it had sausage and pepperoni. We order ahead so the food is always fresh. Friday evenings are always really busy. This particular Friday the wait was very long. Over 1hr 10min. normally food is ready in under 45min. Price is great for families, all on the menu are average, or better. This local is on Havana and Colfax so lock your car and park close to the door. It’s not the restaurant’s fault but there are a lot of homeless & Shenanigans going on.

Ordered via the app, Tuesday 7:50PM. NEVER AGAIN will I come here. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. I know it is Colfax and Havana but DAMN! A huge waste! We only came here because the store near use closes at 8! Highly disappointed. I will NOT return and would NOT RECOMMEND!

Order the pizza it took over an hour to arrive and when it did i was missing half my order. I went to the store to return pizza and get refund. I was told I was lying about not receiving half of my order and I was treated extremely rudely by the manager. Definitely will not be returning here. There’s a lack of professionalism. Music was bumping and nobody really cared about my problem. I was actually interrupted by another employee while speaking to the manager. Pizza place doesn’t mean you go to work giving twenty five percent. Kudos to anyone who goes to work and actually does their job Diligently.

Let’s just say I will be contacting corporate. The service and experience I had last night was horrible. This isn’t the first time I had this issue with the manager and staff. The manager on duty and her behavior should never be in a place of business. The fact that I am a weekly customer and the level of disrespect I received was unnecessary!
