Always have to wait a long time here so today I ordered online for pickup a couple hours later. We arrive on time, pizza isn’t ready, so we wait 10 minutes and grab it from the portal only to discover it’s wrong! We bring the pizzas in the store only to be ignored after the pizzas were just set aside! No attempt was made to apologize or even make the correct pizza until I began raising my voice asking what’s going on. When our order was finally ready, 25 minutes later, I told a manager that the service was very poor. He just shrugged his shoulders like “who cares?”. NEVER AGAIN!

Love the pizza overall. However, we like the fanceroni pepperoni but received this and were told it is correct. Basically a regular pepperoni pizza with the old world pepperoni on it. Obviously new employees are not receiving adequate training and quality control needs a little help.

I use Pizza Portal, used to be on time every time, now it’s way outside of the window every time. I sit outside and watch customer after customer walk in, order, get their order, and I’m still waiting after I ordered half an hour ago. Poor service.

Trash service a bunch of kids smoking and talking in the back touching everythung and never washing their hands or wear gloves super dirty in the front and back always takes 35-45 minutes for one simple pizza and it still comes uncooked and flavorless its a simple job and they still fail every time 3rd and last time i ever come here!

Tasty, fast, and inexpensive pizza for those days you just need comfort food! The staff at this store are always very courteous and the pizza always seems fresh. I like how quick they are and how eager to ensure their customers are satisfied. And where else can you get a big, tasty pizza for only $5?

These guys don’t care about their product. If you order half and half toppings, you will be lucky to get a quarter of your pizza the way you want it. Plus they smashed the pizza on its side so your food is crushed.

Absolutely horrible the employees don’t work no one answers the phone everyone stands around not doing anything just talking when I finally got my pizza tasted absolutely raw the cheese was frozen everyone who works here is very disrespectful and have no integrity if I was a manger I’d find new employees but the manger don’t work either
