It was the worst experience ever in any little ceasesrs. I was asked to wait a couple of minutes for fresh pies to come out. Then five people were helped after me. They got their classic pepperoni immediately. When the five customers were all helped he finally asked me. He then had no idea was my order. Then was resisitant when I asked for the other things I had already paid for. Too many employees doing nothing and not aware of what needs to be done or who is waiting on what. I will never return to this location again. The worst most unfriendly customer service I ever experienced. Bar none. GFY I hope you go out of business the way you treat people is so awful you shouldn’t be allowed to work.

Placed an online order via the Little Caesar’s website on 5/3/23 and received confirmation of order through DoorDash. Restaurant then cancelled my order 15 minutes with no explanation. As of 6/7/23 I have still not received my refund. I’ve called DoorDash support 10 times with no resolution. Will never order from Little Caesars again.

So upset, I just picked up a hot n ready cheese pizza and it’s burnt to a crisp. Really frustrating when all I wanted was a fresh yummy slice of pizza. I noticed once I was home and I’m not getting back out. I called but no answer naturally. I should not have to check my pizza before I leave the store! So annoying. Either way the pizza is not fresh either. Total letdown

When we arrived the entire staff were in the back hanging outside. We waited forever just to order our food until another customer yelled for the staff. After ordering we waited for 20 minutes for one single pizza, staff were rude and unsanitary. Go to another pizza spot.

They don’t even deserve a single star. There rude and don’t know how to cook the food… the pizza was barley cooked, the bread sticks were flat and not bread sticks, and they gave me a half of container of sauce. For what? $30?! We tried calling them and they kept hanging up.
